Pros:

Individual lodge, privacy. spacious

Cons:

The heating is not sufficient for King Billy/Billy King. The heater from 1 AC in the living room is not able to warm up the big living room area. The heater in the bathroom was broken, and 1 downlight at the wash basin was broken too.

Perfectly simple and relaxing.
Pros:

Great location, walking distance to all of Bicheno.
Cabins are quaint and comfortable, excellent beds.
Owner/staff are extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
And if you're lucky, you will see penguins!!!

Welcoming, Friendly, Caring, Beautiful Landscape
Pros:

As we have seniors in our trip, we were happy that the accommodation is one level only. The beds and showers were very comfortable. The rooms were already pre-warm even before we arrive. The accommodation is only walking distance to many tourists hotspots such as Lobster Shack and Bicheno blow hole. The staff at the reception was welcoming and friendly and provided valuable information about the local areas and offered us mini chocolate treats to satisfy our sweet tooth. They have taken effort to inform us about our lost item after we checked out and even posted it back for us. That’s what I call “Looking after customer’s needs”. Thank you very much Bicheno by the Bay.

Cons:

1 heating (reverse a/c) for each entire floor. Very cold, hard to warm the living room and bedrooms.

Overall very satisfied and happy with our unit.
Pros:

Close proximity to eateries, supermarket and blowhole. Very cosy and clean unit. Everything is very good. The only issues are the glass windows and main door. People from outside can look into the house but those in the house cannot see what’s outside in the dark.

The location was good and the lady on the desk was informative and a lovely person

The room was supposed to be by a lake but it was a man made pond. Also the internet was terrible, needs to be updated.

Budget accommodation with million $ views
Pros:

We stayed here on our trip up the east coast for our anniversary. We found a lovely cold bottle of bubbles for us when we opened the door.It was a cold, rainy, breezy day. The view of the waves on the rocks incredible.
Our room was a reasonable size for 2 and the bed quite comfortable, the electric blanket appreciated during the cold night.
The cabin had a stove, microwave and washing machine but no dryer.
I think our cabin may have been partially renovated recently.
These accommodation cabins would be perfect for family summer holidays.

煮食設備齊全，房間舒適。最好預先告知酒店雖要煮食，因為每間house的設備落差很大。

租了兩 house, 價錢一樣，但相差很大，一間光亮新淨，煮食設備齊全，另一間昏暗殘舊，難以煮食。
