We enjoyed our stay thank you.
Pros:

As we had a late check in the check in was sms and phone calls which were easy. Instructions on how to check in were easy and worked how they should. The office was closed nearly every time we came in or went out so we didn’t have much interaction with you to comment about it.

Cons:

This is not a bad review but just for your maintenance and cleaning. We were in level 1 unit 6.There is a dining room table chair (one closest to the balcony sliding door) with a loose or broken leg. The glass tabletops and mirrors looked hazy and we thought slightly scratched. We tried to wipe it over with a cloth but they still looked the same. We can’t say we slept well on the mattress in that room as we both seemed to sink into the middle of it. One of us found it a bit lumpy and soft the other found it too soft. But mattresses are subjective. However, it still should be looked at if the bed hasn’t collapsed in the middle or the mattress needs to be changed as we found that when making it, it felt too long for the bed.

Bad smell when we walked into the room and again when using the shower, think it was coming from the drain.
Shower head cracked in shower.
Bed was very hard, made for an uncomfortable sleep.
Definitely not worth the price for 1 night

Best Home Away from Home
Pros:

The apartment was spacious and clean and just what we needed. I lovveeeddd the beds. I haven't slept that well in ages. Clear instructions for after hours check in.

Although it is near the road it was very quiet.

Pros:

It was a lovely motel..the rooms were a bit small but was comfortable..the only thing I could say was the shower needed a new head..the spray gurgled out..but a simple fix..the bed was lovely and so comfortable..woupd stay there again..staff were great to deal with. Parking was excellant..

Cons:

Nothing but the need for a new shower head.
