Would 100% stay again and recommended it to everyone at the conference
Pros:

While it’s a bit old in decor it was extremely comfortable. Great views. Free parking. Fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher. Books to read. Great location and close to the beach. Place is very easy to deal with, they didn’t get stressed by late checkin. Very nice and quiet.

Great location but disappointed in apartment presentation and cleanliness, especially for a ‘superior’ apartment.
Pros:

Location was excellent, short stroll to restaurants and shops which felt clean and safe. Next to a lovely park area which was lit up at night. Great sea view from the apartment.
Bedrooms were nicely furnished and beds were very comfortable.
Starter pack for cleaning (which was needed), dishwasher powder and small milk carton plus some cling wrap and foil which was handy.
Large fridge freezer and cupboard space for our food shopping for 6 adults.

Cons:

Floors were not swept and dirty marks were left throughout the apartment, except the bedrooms which were carpeted nicely. Thick layer of dust/debris under sofa which was slightly raised off the floor so very noticeable. Main family bathroom tiled floor had obviously not been cleaned since last visitors and there was dried urine on the floor around the toilet. Grout between tiles in shower was mouldy and stained. There appeared to be a vent in both bathrooms which was covered in dust - unsure if this was an extractor fan but was not functioning. Kitchen was old and tatty, needed a full upgrade. Fairly well equipped but some of it was not cleaned properly - pan lids, some utensils and glasses needed cleaning before use. Kitchen tiles and front of doors had drink/liquid runs and food splashes on them and bottom fridge drawer had not been wiped and had debris from previous use.

Family accommodation in the heart of Broadbeach
Pros:

Clean and very comfortable family accommodation so close to the beach as well as restaurants. Incredible value for money.

Cons:

Lifts were on the smaller side and was difficult to squeeze the family and gear in the one lift. Minor issue overall.

Wasn’t terrible but wasn’t pleasant.
Pros:

Easy check in and plenty of space in three bedroom apartment

Cons:

Very old and run down, needs an upgrade in the rooms. The shower only drizzled, very annoying. Our stove was unusable, the elements looked unsafe to use they were cracked and broken, the oven wasn’t clean. The walls had chips and cracks everywhere. The manager drinks and yells at the kids during times the pool is open.
