Good location but room for improvement
Pros:

Location, comfy beds and fairly spacious.

Good view of the area and limited sea view.

Good process for collecting keys after hours. Easy parking and lift.

Cons:

The bathrooms were very old with a lot of rust and the ensuite shower head dribbled water and wasn't functioning properly.

Not enough bathl towels, only one kitchen tea towel. The details of the facilities for the flat mentions 'toiletries' but only a start up pack is provided.

A sign says to keep flat clean but the vacuum cleaner isn't working and in very poor condition.

The bathroom wasn't that clean especially the floor. The sofa set is falling to bits as we opened and closed the recliners. Under these there was all sorts of stuff and had not been cleaned.

Carpet is very old and not the best to keep clean with no vacuum cleaner and two little ones.

Finally, the exiting time of 9.30am is very early, too early.

Pros:

Beautiful view of the beach. It was clean and spacious. Walking distance to all the restaurants. There was also a small playground right infront of the main entrance. The pools were heated and the spa had a lovely temperature. We also liked the table tennis in the game room. The hosts are lovely.

Cons:

We were on the top floor and near our room there was this big loud 'pump' sound that keeps coming on and we had no idea from what. Every 30mins to an hr. It was quite annoying especially at night when we tried to sleep. We're in winter as well and the rooms were a bit cold so we asked for a heater and only got one little that we had to share between our 3 bedroom apartment. They said they didn't have any more. I also asked for one more warmer blanket as we only had 4 in the room and there was 5 of us, and they also refused. Besides this, I'd still stay here again. It was still a beautiful apartment and I'd still recommend it to my family and friends.

Pros:

It was very close to Broadbeach restaurants, we went there at 0930 in the morning knowing that check in was not until 2pm, but wanted to see if we could leave our luggage there until check in time of 2pm. Susan was very obliging and checked us in there and then, gave us 3 sets of keys. The apartment was a 3 bedroom /2 bathroom it was well appointed and we were very happy

We had a great time on the Gold Coast & enjoyed our stay, thank you. 🙌
Pros:

It was neat, tidy & a fantastic location & view.

Cons:

Could have done with some extra supplies of toilet paper, bin bags & dishwasher powder as wasn’t really enough for a 4 day stay for a family.

Would stay there again great value for money and close to everything.
Pros:

The location and facilities are great at this venue. The position is so easy to get to everything including restaurants, public transport and shops. Our family really enjoyed using the pool table and table tennis table, these are great for the kids. We loved having the top floor with amazing views over the ocean - we were able to spot whales from our balcony!

Cons:

Unfortunately our washing machine and dryer didn't work the best in the apartment, it made it very hard to wash and dry our bathroom towels. Unfortunately we also had booked to have 2 rooms with 2 single beds in each but we only had 1 with 2 x singles, we made do and didn't complain but it was a bit inconvenient.

We would stay again it was a great trip away.
Pros:

The location and the facilities our family really enjoyed the pool table, pool and tennis court. The balcony was amazing, the view was great!

Cons:

The things missing in the kitchen. A broken spatula and a non working exhaust fan. Just the little things that made it harder to make a meal for the family.

Pay a little extra for clean rooms
Pros:

Great location! Good tennis court.

Cons:

This may be cheaper than other places but you get what you pay for. We stayed in a 3 bedroom room. It was dated and absolutely filthy. Basic cleaning, dust everywhere. The en suite bathroom was mouldy and the tiles hadn’t been cleaned. The beds are not comfortable, have what look and feel like hessian bags for doonas (questionable if they had been washed). By far the worst place we have stayed on the GC.
