Good beginning visiting Indonesia
Pros:

They offered us a better room and we didn't pay anything extra. Also they prepared a decoration for the honeymoon without extra fees.

Na plus lokalizacja i obsługa

Cons:

Brudna pościel, brudny pokój, wszędzie włosy, ściany i meble zepsute i odrapane. Brak w pokoju małego ręcznika do wytarcia rąk oraz kosza na śmieci. Nie wiem skąd te pozytywne recenzje, ponieważ w hotelu było bardzo brudno i nieprzyjemnie. Baseny i zieleń wokół hotelu także bardzo zaniedbana.

La zona fuera del hotel es bastante oscura, se agradece el silencio pero da un poco de mal rollo caminar por ahi de noche

Pros:

Straight at arrival we were welcomed warmly at the hotel, the staff is kind and helps with the luggage and gives tips about the environment. The location is perfect, close to the beach and in not a too busy area. Shops are close by as well as a souvenir shop. The pool is amazing to enjoy through out the day

De ligging van het complex
Het complex heeft 3 zwembaden en het is er overdag rustig
Wij hadden een kamer op de 1ste etage erg ruim en schoon
Complex ligt dicht bij de airport waar je geen last van hebt dus een ideale plaats voor de laatste dagen of eerste dagen .personeel behulpzaam en vriendelijk
Het ligt dicht bij het strand met diverse heerlijke eet gelegenheden aan te bevelen.is Ramos

Good value accomodation
Pros:

Good comfortable aircon room, 3 swimming pools, good wifi and very good breakfast. Good value for money. Friendly staff.

Cons:

The building was not traditional Balinese.The grounds were scruffy and needed more care. Charged for breaking a complimentary room bottle of water, the bottle was glass. Found the charging for a complimentary glass bottle aggravating and WTF.

Pros:

Lo mejor fue la atención de Ita, muy amable. Tuvimos un inconveniente con el cuarto la noche anterior, y en cuanto se lo dijimos a ella lo solucionó al instante. Siempre muy atenta, queriendo que los huéspedes estén cómodos en su estadía. Ita se merece todo el reconocimiento.

Si bien las instalaciones son viejas, todo estaba muy limpio.

Staff were exceptional. I forgot my valet and left to the airport. The reception team were so responsive and reassuring, and they organised delivery of my valet to the airport! Can't thank them enough

Just get shower heads fixed as they are a bit scaled, so not enough pressure while having a shower
