Accommodation was pleasant, location not so much.
Pros:

Very clean and tidy rooms. Staff very very pleasant. Location is in walking distance to main shoos and restaurants.

Cons:

Could hear the traffic constantly and particularly the trucks stopping at the set of lights screeching breaks. There was also loud noises (fireworks, capgun, gel gun) lasted for 15 minutes followed by sirens. No idea what this was.

Value for money and a great stopover.
Pros:

After a stressful trip from the central coast through driving rain, I broke the journey at Coffs and was relieved to jag a vacancy at the CBD. I've stayed there once before and was impressed with the amenities and service, and this latest stay did not disappoint. Very helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and even the noise from the highway was a non event by 9pm. Great value and choosing the continental breakfast meant I could leave early to resume my trip.

Poor value for money
Pros:

Room smelt of cigarettes. We were charged $250 the night which was the same as the Pullman in Sydney.
Bathroom was about 1 metre x 1 metre in size
Definitely will not stay again.
