Excellent location and amazing service
Pros:

Tim who manages the property was excellent and accommodated for our check in/out times. The location is also excellent.

Cons:

Furniture was a little dated but it was fine for our stay.

Pros:

Great location to be able to walk along the coastal pathway and to easily get to the GC HWAY for the bus

Cons:

Would have been handy to have some beach towels rather than only 4 bath towels for a family of 4 for 4 days

Pros:

Wonderful view, great location, far enough out of the hustle and bustle, but also close enough if you want to explore all of the gold coast. The beach is beautiful, with flags right across the road, facilities are clean and tidy and well kept.
Everyone was helpful and nice.

Cons:

The only thing that would have made the stay 100% perfect would be better beds. I don't believe they would all be the same. Our beds were very uncomfortable. The adults bed was tiny, and the kids' beds were so small that even my 5yo fell out. So nobody really got a good night sleep at all. Thankfully, all the good things outweighed our poor nights of sleep, but it would have been perfect if we all had a good night's rest.

had to take allergy tablet for duration of stay due to dust, also neighbouring apartment drilling at 630-7am on the first morning...

Outstanding!
Pros:

Amazing stay and excellent well thought out property. Lovely views from Surf. We made use of the laundry room too after being on the road for a while. Everything made very easy and a lovely touch to be left some local wine to try too!

Loved it!
Pros:

Perfect location away from the sky scrapers, right opposite patrolled surf beach and a 10 min walk to cafes and restaurants.

Cons:

It was a bit dated in some aspects. But overall well presented clean and comfortable.

Most enjoyable with some great conversations with Tim
Pros:

Proximity to beach cafe and shops, views. Easy walks and harder climbs. Close to shops in all directions.

Fantastic location directly opposite the beach.
Pros:

Location is fabulous, apartment spacious & well equipped. We enjoyed an evenings live music at Miami Marketta and a great meal overlooking the beach at Nobbys Beach Surf Club both within walking distance. We had a couple of maintenance issues which were quickly resolved by the site manager Tim.

Cons:

We booked a "renovated two bedroom apartment" but it didn't meet our expectations as we took that to mean recently but the apartment we stayed in was actually renovated in 2017.

Perfect location feeling like you’re ON the beach but not. Fabulous value for money.
Pros:

The location across the road from the beach was sublime. It felt like you were sitting ON the beach when on the balcony or even on the couch. The pool and spa are also great and protected from the wind. Also easy walking distance to Miami shops…and a great walk to Burleigh NP (if you like longer walks!)

Cons:

The bedrooms could use a bit of an update, including ceiling fans. We were lucky there was a breeze coming through from ocean and not too hot at night. Portable fans ok but not great. I would still return to the property though, not a deal breaker.

Comfortable apartment opposite beach and near cafes
Pros:

The Manager is very friendly and welcoming. The location is fantastic… right across from the beach. The apartment is large and self contained.
