Pros:

Steve and staff bent over backwards to make sure my 4 night stay was as comfortable as possible. Cleanliness exceeded my expectations and I had everything I needed in the room for an enjoyable stay.
In the heart of freo, everything was very excessible, I could easily stay here for another week !

Fantastic location and was perfect for a couple visiting Fremantle.
Pros:

Location was fantastic. Right in the centre of the action. Could walk to most of the tourist attractions in Freo - including the ferry to Rottnest Island. Probably a dozen good cafes within 400m of the property.
We were in the "older" section - renovated inline with the original building. Room was large enough for a King sized bed and didn't feel cramped.

Some watermarks on the ceiling above the window and evidence of water damage around some of the sills and door frames were evident. Not worth making a fuss over but definitely made the room look a bit "tired".

Really enjoyed the week we spent in this centrally located studio apartment in Fremantle.
Pros:

We really enjoyed the week we spent in Rialto Suites. It is very well located in Fremantle within walking distance of all the major attractions and close to the train station.
We had a nice quiet room with a small balcony.

Cons:

The bed could have been more comfortable. In our opinion this would bring up the ratings.
Very limited kitchen utensils.Difficult to self cater with what was provided.
