Location,secure well lit parking

Cons:

We arrived at motel after reception closed. In dark & raining it was quite difficult to unlock box to retrieve room keys. While car park well lit ,there is no light over lockbox. Also lack of signage to give direction to our room( motel on split levels)
Later in day couldn’t have shower as no hot water

Pros:

We upgraded to ground floor roomier lodgings. Communal space and outdoor facilities were an unexpected benefit. Laundry facilities a plus . The stay was further enhanced by the far above average reception staff.
