Price and location.
No hand towels, furniture should be a strong bench not a haphazard shelving unit. They give a toaster but there is not much room to prepare breakfast. No suitcase rack either.
Near the beach
Not worth the price for a family room. Rooms were never cleaned. We stayed for 4 days and not once did we get new towels or toilet paper. We asked the cleaners and they kept walking and said they don’t service us. WOW
The room was clean. Bed and pillows comfortable. Property was located within walking distance to esplanade and coffee shops.
The noise from the out door play area was very loud and went until 11:30 pm. No Wi-Fi. TV only picked up some channels.

The bed wasn't very comfortable

Chair broke when lifting. Plug behind end of bed should be removed. For it was there and had cable plugged in. Broke cable.
Great location with a lovely restaurant.
Found it a little odd that the unit had a toaster but no plate or knife so to make breakfast would be very difficult.
