The location, pool area,friendly staff,prices for food at the hotel.
The lack of communication to say there is extra cost for room service. The early close of the bar and kitchen. It would be nice to order coffee to your room at any time. Room service shuts too early. Pool open for swimming to late.

Sometimes ran out of hot water for showers
The bed was lovely
No soundproofing between rooms, so noise coming thru all night long. Couldn't lock the door. Had to syep into the bath to have a shower and then had to been down to get under the showerhead - and i'm not overly tall. Breakfast very basic and had to even sit in reception to eat it - Moved out after 3 days of a 2 week booking

NO BUTTER AT BREAKFAST ONLY LARD
No hot water for 2 days toilets were not working did not change glasswear gave ragged frayed towels blood stained sheets the list goes on
It was close to the beach and the staff were.very good and helpful. The pool looked good and breakfast was nice.
The room really needed some maintenance and updating. It could have been cleaner and the bed was very hard.
Everything about this hotel met or exceeded our expectations.
