Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable. The buffet lunch and dinner was excellent

Cons:

The stairs were a little difficult for me as I have knee problem. I thought there might be breakfast available.

Very accommodating and lovely customer service
Pros:

Exceptional service. We needed to check in early as we had an event we needed to attend and the staff were amazing. They had the room cleaned first so it was good to go. Great little coffee hut across the road. Marina right there. Very pleasantly stay.

It was quiet with a relaxed atmosphere for a mid week stay.
Pros:

Location was good, close to the beach and local shopping precinct

Cons:

For me the bed was too soft lacking support !
I personally prefer a firmer mattress.

Great value for money.
Decent sized shower, comfy bed, adjustable TV.

Cons:

Slightly dark during the day with the curtain closed and all lights on.

Thin stairway and could hear others a little but still fantastic

Great location, good facilities
Pros:

Great location in Glenelg, didn’t look much from outside but room very comfortable and had everything I needed.

Cons:

Had a water pipe problem which made some loud persistent noise which kept me awake one night but I reported to reception and they advised we’re getting a plumber out. Happy with their response.
