I understand that it is an older building, but attention to cleanliness is very important.
Pros:

Was close to the wedding reception we attended.
Easy access to building, lifts and our room

Cons:

Bathroom was not very clean. Had long black hair on the floor, mould on silicone around shower base. Floor gap between basin and shower was very dirty.

Long black hair on the floor in kitchen as well.

Great if you are wanting to go into the City. Clean, family friendly. Great staff. Good location.
Pros:

It was close to the train station, so you can go into the city for $0.50. The shops were not to far away for groceries, or shopping. The BEST Thai restaurant down the road, wish we got it the 1st night, not the last night! Staff were amazing and very helpful. I left a item behind and they sent it to me that day. Great service! :)

Cons:

The main bed was a little to hard for us but thats it. It had everything you needed in the apartment.

Pros:

Very easy late check-in with clear instructions.
The apartment was big and clean, great for the family. I appreciated the inclusion of paper cups, so that we could all have our coffees and not have to worry about washing up before the very early flight.

Cons:

A small drawback was that the bathroom flooded a bit from the shower, but only because the shower had a powerful stream (which was so good!). It would be annoying if we lived there, but no drama for a short stay.

Great location, comfortable, and great places to eat. We’d recommend Thaiways, and Artie and Mai.

Great place for a last minute visit to Brisbane.
Pros:

I liked that it had parking and the bathroom was very nice. The shower had excellent pressure.

Cons:

The he floors were bare and I felt it needed some rugs. The road outside was very noisy, so double-glazed windows would have cut down on the noise.
