Very good value for money. Quiet and comfortable accommodation.
Pros:

An enjoyable breakfast. Not a great deal of choices at the buffet but enough to get us going. The restaurant and bar on site is very convenient. Rooms are quiet and beds comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and the heated outdoor pool is a treat for families all year round!

Cons:

The buffet breakfast could be better. Stairs (no lift) potentially problematic.

Pros:

The accomodation was great value. The room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. The continental breakfast, also offers hot options (scrambled eggs, bacon, baked beans etc) which was a bonus! Peaceful location in the middle of a reserve and short walk to foreshore. Would definately stay again.

Room was clean with modern appointments.

Cons:

Room was cold despite constantly running air con on heat setting.
Indifferent staff, particularly at the bar. Very mean wine measures for price.
Terrible road signage/lighting/directions to parking areas after dark.
No parking at reception while checking in.
Poor signage to rooms from parking area.

Stay was ok . Family friendly . Basic breakfast. No ambiance , staff not very friendly.
Pros:

Budget friendly good room and breakfast included

Cons:

The outside of the property is unkept , aged and uninviting. Inside carpets require a good clean and vacuum. Bath needs to be replaced chipping.

Great cooperation from staff.and very clean and modern amenities.and whats on offer,parking was my only difficulty if you come baclk late ,disability spot.

Fantastic location in the middle of a park with awesome facilities; 2 pool tables, hot plunge pool etc. the breakfast was really delicious and included in the cost.

Pros:

I loved this property the first time I stayed here & nothing had changed. Staff friendly & helpful, beds comfy, everything felt clean & well maintained. Breakfast & dinner good too. Situated in a fabulous position, best amongst the trees, opposite the golf course & a 20-30 minute walk to the esplanade & city centre. Highly recommended- Will definitely be back!
