Kids loved the swimming pool. It was warm enough to swim in during May! Buffet breakfast was great.
Pros:

Warm swimming pool, pool tables.

Cons:

Rooms were a bit outdated. But more importantly, it was clean.

Always Perfect
Pros:

We love this property, it is close to botanical gardens and a scenic walk into town. The heated outdoor pool is amazing. Always nice and clean and quiet.

Comfortable and secluded stay in the heart of Geelong
Pros:

The breakfast was above and beyond, and in a lovely setting. The overall setting of the venue is wonderful, with bushland around and lots of bird life. The rooms are well appointed and private.

Cons:

My window didn't close properly and the bath had peeling paint. Overall the fitout was very nice but looking a little dated in some areas. Working out where to park and where to get access to the room was a little challenging as the site is a real rabbit warren, but much easier to work out in daylight the following morning!

A lovely ambience, room to sit around the property and relax. Bar was very expensive… $26 for a large glass of red wine.
Pros:

It’s in the middle of a big park and mostly odd very quiet.

The eggs for breakfast were pretty average. It looked like they were scrambled in a bit pot with no flavour.

Relaxing stay in a beautiful location with great views and a comfortable room.
Pros:

Beautiful location with really relaxing views and peaceful surroundings. The room was clean, comfortable and well presented, and the staff were friendly and easy to deal with. Great spot for a quick getaway close to Geelong.

Cons:

A few parts of the property felt a little dated, and some minor maintenance/upkeep would make the stay even better. Other than that, no major issues.

Pros:

Beautiful setting, restful pleasing decor, breakfast is fabulous.

Cons:

The pillows were not comfortable and they were the talk throughout the breakfast room the following morning. Indications of the route to the restaurant would be helpful in the Waratah wing - I end up going a long way round in the warren each time.
