Surprisingly very good and affordable. Located in the middle of parkland and golf course areas. We booked a suite because we needed 2 bedrooms. The living room, had nice views over lawn areas, and was very spacious. The bedrooms were a good size and the beds were great. The kitchen had everything we needed. A very pleasant stay. The on-site bar was great.
The on-site restaurant food was not great. We would choose to eat elsewhere next time. Parking was limited close to the hotel, there was plenty of spaces within walking distance though.
Spacious, clean, quiet. Restaurant on site fantastic, beautiful Thai food, generous serves, good price, good service.
Games room could do with a good clean

Very handy to where I needed to go next day. Very clean, nicely set out room. Easy access from the lobby.
The blind is in need of repair. The fabric of the blind has obvious damage on both edges from coming away from the tracks, even though the bar that the fabric is attached to is correctly in place in the tracks. Raising and lowering the blind with the chain, the bar got stuck and had to be adjusted to get it to move.
Also, I had a shower in the evening about 8.30pm and although I turned the handle as far as possible, the water was only warm, not hot, for the whole shower.
It was a beautiful and handy location with great access to fun things!
Food options for lunch are limited
Friendly, comfortable, clean! Excellent amenities and spacious facility. Meals were decent too.
The botanical Gardens being close by. The bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly & accommodating
The walls in between each room are awful. Sound comes through as if the walls aren't even there in which we spent most evenings unable to sleep due to neighbours being up late. The inconsistency in hot water in the shower was also frustrating. Lastly the breakfast was not at all appealing, the eggs especially.

Lights didnt work in lounge, lack of PowerPoints, no privacy as no fencing, bedroom filled with mosquitos, guy on reception had a personality of a wet rag!
