The room was warm and clean and had everything I needed for a single night. The bed was comfortable and warm
There was no hot water when I tried to shower. The fridge was quiet noisy during the night and woke me frequently and the people in the next room were somewhat loud.
The wall heater was good and the bed was very comfortable.
The location is great looking out to the river Mersey and not far from the town centre. The owners were very helpful and welcoming. It's good to have an on site café/restaurant. Plenty of thoughtful touches in the bathroom with additional shampoo, conditioner etc.
The heater was a little complicated to set up and we found the electric blankets were not really as warm as was needed on a cold evening, but in summer this would certainly not be a problem.
It was very central
From the moment I entered the room, it was clear that the bed had not been changed or made, the bins had not been emptied, the toilet had not been flushed.. and it was also clear that it had been left like that for a while, because the towels had not been changed, and the foot mat (which was crumpled on the floor) had dried so much that I couldn't shake out the wrinkles.

De lege tubes voor shampoo en douchegel waren leeg, veel andere potjes waren aanwezig, erg verwarrend. Uitslag op de ‘armen’ van de ramen leek op schimmel maar was waarschijnlijk wittige roest.
I liked how comfortable the bed is it’s nice and soft and it also has a heating on it to keep you warm on cold nights and they have a good view of spirit of Tassie as it comes in and out and their food and drinks their are fantastic they also have a curtain for the room door and it makes it more comfortable in my opinion
One thing I don’t like their is the fact that their are ants in the kettle in the hotel room and that’s basically it though
The bedding and bathroom were clean. The beds comfortable
I could hear somone upstairs talking on the phone quite loudly for quite sometime as we were trying to sleep

Not clean properly bed sheet has lots of stain and look like mug as well. I have attached pictures

It seems to be normal in Tasmania that you don't get room service as per your room tidied and bed made,perhaps like Asian countries this could be a consideration.
