Guests can take advantage of the fitness centre, tennis court, outdoor swimming pool, and barbecue area. Additionally, free secure car parking is provided for all guests.

Waldorf Newhaven Apartments has a strict no noise and no party policy after 22:00 hours. It allows a maximum of 2 extra guests per room between the hours of 08:00 hours and 22:00 hours. Any extra guests or after hours guests must have prior approval by management.

If no credit card is present at check-in for authorization a NZD$500.00 security cash bond plus valid photo ID must be provided as a guarantee for all incidental charges or damage to the room. Please kindly note the credit card authorizations are released on the date of check out and can take up to five business days to appear back on your account.

Please note that there is a 1.5% surcharge applies for all credit card transactions.

An enjoyable stay, looking forward to staying here again.
Pros:

We had a fantastic stay at Castle Newhaven. It truly felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect, with shops and the Botany night market just a short walk away, making it super convenient to grab food or do a bit of shopping.

The air conditioning worked like a treat and kept us warm and comfortable throughout our stay, which we really appreciated. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.

Cons:

The only downside was the limited staff hours, which made it a little difficult to get assistance at certain times. Other than that, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again.
