Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual "Schoolies Week" period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. Please note that this property has a 'No Party Policy'.

Office hours are 8:00 to 5:00 Monday - Friday and 8:30 to 1:00 Saturdays. Closed Sundays. Guests must advise reception if arriving or departing outside these hours at least 24 hours prior to arrival.

Pros:

2 bedroom apartment was very spacious and exceptionally clean. Apartment contained everything we needed and more. Abbey at reception was very friendly. Location was great

Price and online photos did not match the product
Pros:

Location was great and pick up key communication was easy.

Cons:

The property was really disappointing, nothing like the photos online. South facing apartment was really cold, smelt musty and bathrooms in particular were outdated and didn’t match the price paid.

Pros:

Spacious living room, ocean view.
Nice pool and spa.
Good location if you want to be outside of Surfers Paradise’s heart but still close enough to get everywhere easily by car.
Beach front is nice to walk along.

Cons:

We couldn’t walk our dog on leash within property, you had to carry it.
The bed in main bedroom is too soft and uncomfortable.
Complex sits on a main road which is pretty loud during main traffic times.

Nice spacious apartment in good location. Very soft bed. Some items in apartment need attention.

Good location. Nice little balcony with water view. Spacious.

Cons:

The queen bed was extremely soft. We had to sleep on the very edges of the mattress to get enough support. There was an iron but no ironing board despite there being an iron and the iron was broken (missing water inlet cap so water leaked out). Of the 3 normal sized tea/coffee mugs, one had a crack the whole way down it. The kitchen garbage bin (underneath the garbage bag) was absolutely filthy. Evidently not cleaned in a long time. Cleaners would definitely see this as guests need to remove garbage bags when checking out.

Quiet & relaxing. Will stay again
Pros:

Convenient to waterfront & some takeaways spots. Out of the rat race of surfers paradise.

Cons:

Couldn’t walk pet on leash in the complex. No extra car parking. You could only park in visitor parking for 24hrs. Parking in the back street was very hard.

Peaceful getaway in Gold Coast
Pros:

Location was very peaceful. Not too crowded. Love the community spirit and the local parks. A variety of Restaurants within 7 minutes drive was a plus.

Pros:

Fantastic beds and great water pressure in the shower. Gorgeous views. Very clean with great layout.

Cons:

This property is very original and probably needs an update. A couple of the sliding doors jammed up a bit, and a bedroom window wouldn't completely close so whistled in the wind. The WiFi would not connect, no TV connection, lots of traffic noise. A great place to stay on a busy trip but would be a challenge if starting in the apartment a lot.

Pros:

It’s a favourite! The location, views and surrounding vibe is perfect. Easy access to all the excitement, secure parking and very comfortable. Abbey is a delight and the cleanliness of these appartments is outstanding, something that stands out to me. Lovely spot for a getaway and not far from it all.
