Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual "Schoolies Week" period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. Please note that this property has a 'No Party Policy'.

Office hours are 8:00 to 5:00 Monday - Friday and 8:30 to 1:00 Saturdays. Closed Sundays. Guests must advise reception if arriving or departing outside these hours at least 24 hours prior to arrival.

Please note that all apartments are individually furnished and the photos are presented as a guide only.

Pros:

Fantastic beds and great water pressure in the shower. Gorgeous views. Very clean with great layout.

Cons:

This property is very original and probably needs an update. A couple of the sliding doors jammed up a bit, and a bedroom window wouldn't completely close so whistled in the wind. The WiFi would not connect, no TV connection, lots of traffic noise. A great place to stay on a busy trip but would be a challenge if starting in the apartment a lot.

Pros:

It’s a favourite! The location, views and surrounding vibe is perfect. Easy access to all the excitement, secure parking and very comfortable. Abbey is a delight and the cleanliness of these appartments is outstanding, something that stands out to me. Lovely spot for a getaway and not far from it all.

Perfect peaceful GC experience
Pros:

Well appointed great view all the amenities I needed for my long term stay. Generously sized apartment and being right on the water makes for handy walks. Abbey, the manager is super accomodating. My cat loved the stay: it’s rare to find a pet friendly place and this one exceeded expectations!

An absolute pleasure to stay here.
Pros:

Excellent location. Very clean. Brilliant pool and hot tub facilities. Very clean, easy to use bbq.

Location was good, ammenties old, and unit not as clean as it could be.

Cons:

One shower not working for 5 days, washing machine needed to be repaired due to no cold water, kitchen drawers not clean, bin not clean, toilet and bathrooms not as clean as they could be. Parking a little scarce as we had two vehicles. Triathlon shut down the main road down one day.

Handy to Harbourtown shopping mall and theme parks

Lots of road noise
Unit above the basement garage door which was constantly activated from 4am each morning
Wifi didn’t work so had to use office wifi but had to wait several hours for office to open - after 11am
Had an allocated car park but it was the most difficult to get into - requiring 3 x3 point turns
Needed medical attention / rang the number in the unit and they had no availability so sent me 10kms away

Don't bother - grotty
Pros:

The quiet location and lovely view.

Cons:

The apartment was extremely disappointing. It is old, carpets worn, frayed and stained. Towels were stained and old, soft furnishings stained and old. Beds were terrible. Cupboard doors would fall off, rotten cornices and skirts. Window frames rotten so bad you could see the inside of the wall and it looked like blood stains on the walls. The walls were grimey, lamp fixtures were filled with dead bugs and there was mould on all of the blinds. Bathrooms are dark and dingy with no ventilation. One poor aircon unit, fans in bedrooms were squeaky. Not good when you're trying to sleep. They said the room was cleaned, surface wise yes but there was someone else's rubbish left in the bin under the current rubbish bag so it couldn't have been cleaned that well. We moved after two nights, would have moved straight away but the property wouldn't agree to it. NOT as advertised and sad to say avoid! I'd upload more but it won't let me.. There are places that are the same price but much better value and condition.

Short Stay
Pros:

We were so appreciative of being able to have Suay, my parents small dog with us ~ thank you.
My Dad grabbed a business card because they thought it was a great apartment in a pretty good location and especially being pet friendly.
We loved the breezes.
Abbey, we appreciate how accommodating you were. Thank you

Cons:

The beds were a bid too soft. We were only there 2 nights so that didn't affect us too much.
