Recommend this accommodation.
It had a lovely ambience and sitting on the balcony with the palms swaying in the breeze, a glass of wine, life is good.
The lady at reception was delightful and helpful.
The building is not on the esplanade but at the end of the cul-de-sac overlooking a mowed recreation area.
I am sure on level 4 and definitely level 5 there would water views of the ocean.
