Workable stay may be back again soon.
Pros:

Didn't book via RW website and was not entitled to free b/fast.

Cons:

A power trip in the room, had to personally go to the reception as the room line was out. After sometime a technical staff came and made a bypass, a temporary workable fix. However as we doze off, someone kept knocking at our door and we were too tired to answer. They could opt for a better way to check with us than knocking at out door in the middle of the night.

Great location on Sentosa Island, very premium feel about the hotel, love the amenities nearby
Pros:

Nothing better than staying at Sentosa Island at this hotel, my second experience at this hotel as its at the heart of everything, you walk outside theres shopping, universal studios, water theme park, aquarium, short walking distance to the beach and along the walk you see the beautiful lights and water features at night.

Cons:

The price structuring of the breakfast buffet could be improved. the way i see it is if you have declared all people staying within the room and you booked it with breakfast included then every person should have breakfast. The rooms we booked only allowed 2 adults per room to be entitled to breakfast, i also had a 3yo who was allowed free entry though had to pay for my 10yo son, the price was only $26 though i feel the hotel should have absorbed this cost.

The carpet in the room required a thorough cleaning.
Also huge queues at breakfast were a turn off. A 5 star facility needs to be better equipped.

Gürültülü bir kınaklamaydı.
Pros:

Gayet temiz. Tesisin alt katından bağlantılı ve oldukça büyük bir alışveriş merkezi var. Bu yolaynı markanın diğer otelini de bu otele bağlıyor. Diğer otel daha ucuzdu ancak kahvaltı için yürümek şatemediğimi için bu oteli seçtik. Çünkü büyük kahvaltı bu otelde. Ancak iki otel resepsiyonu arası 100 metre ve alış verş merkezi koridoru. Dışarı çıkmıyorsunuz. Aynı yoldan direk parkın olduğu meydana da geçiyorsunuz. Bu özellikleri gayet güzeldi.

Cons:

İnanılmaz bir gürültü var. Parklarda bulunan makinaların uğultuları gece de devam ediyor. Sanki çok büyük bir jeneratör çalılıyor gibi. Bir de buna yakındkai inşaat eşlik edince sesten balkona hiç çıkamadık. Aslında odanın içinde de ciddi aes vardı. Gece yarısı Telefonum yaklaşık 50 desibel ses ölçtü. Yorumlarda Kimsenin bundan bahsetmemesiye ilginç. Sese duyarlıysanız ya lış otellere bakıyorsunuz. Markanın diğer oteli sese daha da yakın.
