Adequate but not fabulous apart from location.
Pros:

Location was good, short walk to the beach and surf club and shops nearby. Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Sofas in the lounge were a bit tired and saggy. Windows and doors all very hard to open.

Perfect location - so lovely to get up and walk to the beach in the morning.
Pros:

Perfect location to cotton tree and Maroochydore beach.

Not enough toilet paper and they charge for more (was only 1 roll for 2 toilets)

Pros:

As always, the Beach Houses in Maroochydore is a great place to stay. So close to everything and with the bus stop right at the door you can put your car away for the duration of your stay. This was our second visit, and we will definitely be returning.

Fantastic location, relaxing apartment
Pros:

Fantastic location, walking distance to beach, shops, cafes.

Cons:

The apartment could have been cleaned better, it was pretty good but not fantastic. Also, the toilet paper was pretty low when we arrived and we had to pay to get extra. I think we should have started with close to full rolls.

Pros:

The location was great, a short walk to the beach, shops and a variety of dining options. This is one of our favorite destinations on the Sunshine coast. The price of the room was good for short quick getaway.

Cons:

The lack of lighting on the stairwell. The switch was located at the bottom of the stairs. A sensor for the lighting could easily fix this issue.

Not comfortable because of filth on lounges. The colour I wiped off lounge could have been anything and may not be blood

Wiped over dark blue leather lounges on arrival with plain wet dish cloth provided. One was just a light dirt colour but the other lounge had what seemed like dried blood colour on the cloth. This freaked me somewhat. Meant to talk to staff about it but didn’t get around to it. We didn’t use the blood chair and put spare towels on the other to sit on. Other things indicated not much attention to cleaning like a very noticeable dirty mark near light switch which was hard to miss. Rest appeared clean like kitchen and bathroom. When opening the sliding window in main room it preached so loud it was deafening. Was obviously metal on metal. Such an easy fix to replace runners.
