We loved the little garden suite. It was a perfect size for the two of us with an opening out to the terrace, where we could sit outside to eat. The bathroom was not large, but it was suitable, I had read a review where there was no shampoo, so I made sure to have some. It was not an issue for us. There was body wash and hand soap. Coffee bags, teas, muesli, milk and fruit were there for us to enjoy and Harris Farms Market very close had everything else we needed. Location was absolutely perfect, and the owners were very friendly. Checking in check out were extremely easy. Communication communications were very good. And I’m not sure if it was mentioned in any other reviews, but there are steps leading up from the street not an issue for us, but just to mention in case that’s an issue for others.

The property owner/host was incredibly helpful and communicative if I had any questions! Location was also amazing a block from the beach.
For paying almost $300 USD/night, I was a bit disappointed basic amenities like shampoo and conditioner weren’t provided. I also would’ve loved a room refresh every day or every other day with new towels.

Nice outdoor seating area but it was winter so we didn’t use it.

Everything was clean. The muesli, fruits and milk was a great way to start the day. There’s a lot of restaurants/bars/cafe near by. There’s also a bus station going to the city which facilitates our stay!
Bondi Beach House is a fantastic place to stay in every sense. Location was perfect. Room was beautifully styled and comfortable. It was peaceful, relaxing and everything about checking in,out and organising parking was so easy.

Super easy check in and very lovely space. Very close to the beach and host responded to all queries very quickly. Would 100% stay again.
Courtyard space/nature was delightful, location doesn't get much better, very friendly and welcoming owner- thank you for your hospitality! I will be back when in town next, or suggest to others visiting.

Overall feel and textures were comforting and the indoor to outdoor feel made it feel relaxed and beach-filled but also private and glamorous for an understated space.
