Underwhelming
Pros:

Location was good, easy walk to surfers.
The management responded to our complaints appropriately and refunded our stay

Cons:

The room was very dated and dirty. There was blood on the front of the bathroom cabinet, and in the kitchen. The door lock had been kicked in and not repaired. Parking was a disaster, none available on site and directions to the offset parking were impossible to follow.

Pros:

Guno and Michelle were so lovely and very kind. Rooms were reasonably priced considering the location. The bed was comfortable and was really nice to rest.

Cons:

Rooms were outdated and feel they definitely need a change!

Would stay again and the kids enjoyed to pool area.

Close to Cavill ave, good view, easy to get in and out of.

Cons:

If you missed your turn into the property it was hard to backtrack.
Weird layout of the room with a shower in the spa in the middle of the property.

A fantastic stay with excellent facilities, a great location, and outstandingly friendly and helpful staff

Everything about the property exceeded our expectations. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well equipped, the facilities were excellent, and the location was perfect. The reception staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay nothing was ever too much trouble for them. Their excellent customer service made our experience even more enjoyable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return

Soo much loud noise, people partying, knocking on our door in the early hours of the morning, people yelling and screaming, even before we went out, we had to call reception to go to the noise in the hallway!!!
When we came back it was 3 times as loud, and all night.
