We loved the spa and convenient location

Cons:

Some staff were very rude, the building is outdated and the smoke alarm had a plastic bag over it. Bizarre. We wished that we could open the windows more as they were screwed half shut. We didn't know about the deposit or parking extra cost which was a bit frustrating also.

Short and sweet stay close to main attractions in Surfers.
Pros:

Spacious interior, Spa spacious, Sofa beds comfortable, Complimentary tea, coffee and milk. Ease of access acceptable. Linen clean.

Cons:

Female receptionist rushed no care taken. Room requires maintenance rusty ventilation in bathroom, spa pump loud, extra towels needed in room suggest at least 2 extra towels. Shower faucet leaking. Missing a phone to be able to contact reception after hours. Smoking area requires lights repaired dark and tucked away from main areas.
