Had a fantastic time at this hotel again
Pros:

Great location and always friendly staff

Cons:

Awesome property and location but the fridge in our room was beeping and was swapped out with another replacement but this also was noisy and had to be turned off at night

Great beachside hotel
Pros:

Almost everything. Staff fantastic, location brilliant, beds comfortable, food good, atmosphere around pool bar great.

Cons:

Small thing;no drawers in room, no beer in fridge, have seen better showers bur no major problems.

Great location and friendly staff. Rooms were clean and bed was so comfortable and pillows too. Good air conditioning and rooms were good location and private. Gardens were beautiful and well maintained.

It was great with lovely staff but the Sun lounge situation would stop us from returning. Also most people smoked around

Cons:

People placed towels on sun lounges early in the morning & then left to come back later. So nobody else could use the sun lounge. I find that very selfish.

Cons:

From 8 am everyday the lounge pool chairs were taken & had towels on them reserving them for the day even though guests were not there or gone for the day. Hotel does not monitor towels & its unfair for guests who don’t access pool early.
Late afternoons it was hard to access beach front pool as guests were drinking around bar at pool many intoxicated. Not a friendly environment to be in.
The bedding always felt damp as it was not cotton sheeting, doona etc.

I thought it was calm and peaceful, just what i needed on this holiday.
Pros:

The staff were beautiful and nothing was too much bother. Breakfast was a highlight. The gardens were amazing and everything was very clean. I would definitely stay here again. Location was central to all i needed.
