It was located close to Owae Marae where the kaupapa for the week taking place.

Cons:

There were issues with the key to the room and being locked out. This was sorted out the first time but it happened again and the staff felt a bit dismissive of the issue.
The room and facilities were not clean. Stains and unhygienic feeling bathroom.
Didn’t even sleep in the sheets of the bed. It was too off putting given the standard of cleanliness of everything else.
The noise from the pub below really travels through into the room too.

Pros:

Centrally located.

Cons:

Do not stay here on Karaoke night. It was like 20 drunk people were screaming in our room. You will not sleep.
