差到踩雷
Pros:

这家酒店,除了位置。剩下的没一个好的。

Cons:

Impressive
Pros:

Loved everything. We travel a lot and this is one of the best places we’ve ever stayed
Location in full view of the mountains. Excellent genuinely helpful staff. Gorgeous room in the new build behind the main original building. Easy walks close by. Great buffet dinner a bit more expensive than most of our choices but totally worth it. Can’t wait to come back

Disappointing. Luxury pricing, low-end experience.
Pros:

The view. It was really the only positive thing in an otherwise disappointing stay.

Cons:

The very high pricing and hotel branding promises a luxury experience, but we did not find it here.
The room, amenities, furnishing and overall experience feel more like a basic motel than a premium hotel.

The 'dining experience' ($90 per head!) for the buffet dinner is outrageous. The food was bland and rubbery sitting out under the heat lamps. Same for the $45 breakfast buffet. In Italy we'd call that tourist trap pricing.
We did visit the on site cafe but did not find it any better for pricing or taste.
Eventually we ate camping dehydrated meals purchased from the on site shop (also high prices) in our room.thankful for the $100 saved each time.

The room was tired and shabby,.lacking a place for luggage (floor only, have to step over it to walk around the bed)
The bathroom was cramped and tired. The shower had poor pressure and the toilet did not soft close. Given the lack of any soundproofing in the walls, neither did any other toilet in the building.

Rather than a once in a lifetime treat we found ourselves disappointed and annoyed that we were paying so much for so little.

Pros:

The view was absolutely stunning! Room was beautifully laid out, warm and comfortable.

Cons:

Quite unfortunate that the Panorama Room and Chamois Bar and Grill were closed during our stay - this left just the Alpine Restaurant which, while nice, did limit our options.
