On a very cold night the air conditioning was excellent and we even were able to get hot chocolate!

Very close to our Matilda’s game so perfect.

We had a lovely 3 night stay here for our 20th wedding anniversary. The hotel was clean and all the staff are friendly.
Pros:

The staff were friendly, my husband is celiac and for breakfast they went out of their way every morning to cook his food from fresh with no issues.

Cons:

The only think that we noticed was the screen door was broken.

The exhaust fan in the bathroom was full of dust and didn't seem to work
There is a need for power points over the main bench, not enough points for charging devices, and the kettle needed to be plugged in on the bedside table, not very safe!

We have been staying here for over 10 years. Perfect location for us. Seems to be going downhill tho and in need of repair and upgrade. The receptionist yesterday did not look at my face once, she was on a recording mode. First time we have ever experienced that! Way over priced for the room we ended up with on level 2 it's like a dungeon right at the back of the building and can't even open a window and the Air Conditioner was mouldy

Pros:

I don’t have breakfast I just have coffee.
The accomodation was perfect for the occasion, close to venue and shopping.

Cons:

More cutlery and crockery for those who wish to eat in the room. Mugs for coffee and tea.
