Lovely classy hotel, with everything you could need.
Pros:

Classy feel and even facility you could even want or need. Having the club attached really offers for great dining options and a place to wind down. The bed was very comfortable too.
The staff we very friendly and helpful, some of the best I have come across.

Cons:

The rooms are a little on the smaller side. Unfortunately our room had not been vacuumed properly by house keeping. Not many rooms offer a nice view.

Cons:

The receptionist both on arrival had the personality of a crashed plane, not happy staff. On check out we asked for abit later check out, the receptionist made it clear 11 is definitely check out latest.. no one was at the hotel, would have made it a tad easier with a new born baby.
The fridge in the room wasn't clean and had no drinks in it like other hotels motels.
The pool area emergency button is a safety hazard broken not working..
We checked out at 11 as requested went to the pool just to give the kids a dip at the time ordered drinks with QR code .. wait... walked down to reception to ask how long they would be, greated with a rude older worker " your no longer a a guest here so use the QR CODE.." I replied i did.. she rolled her eyes and got on the phone.
Broken lift, and main lift very small and crowded.

We were out in a room with the aircon ‘room’ right outside. It sounded like a jet plane with no break.That room should be the last room filled. The accommodation was not booked out.
