Pros:

Convenient location that was easy to access. Parking was undercover and spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The room was fine for an overnight stay but was in need of some refurbishment e.g. paint and patching of dents in walls. Not having any complimentary water was disappointing. It was $5.50 from the minibar.

The lady on the front desk wasn’t friendly or helpful (fat lady)
Building works too noisy
Swimming pool and jacuzzi out of order

Hallway insulation are poor people talking and walking down the corridor too noisy you can hear them an waking you up during the night
disability room too small could not open the sliding door no natural air flow
