Great spot, close to the venue we needed for an event we had on. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the room was very clean and had extra necessities eg spare tooth brush, shaving kit, soaps ect that I thought were great to include for guests . We loved the spa and pool, even better that it was heated!

Cons:

Unfortunately their wasn’t any key access for the lift so we had some drunk men on our level who came straight up early hours of the morning, got to their door and couldn’t access their room so instead of going to reception for help , they yelled and carried on at 1am which woke myself and my daughter up.

Great stay . Second time there and would def stay again
Pros:

Breakfast was lovely but maybe a smidge expensive - $70 for 2 . Not sure if there was an option just for the hot breakfast ? We didn’t have cereal , pastry etc . Capuchino on top of that price too . Totally our fault for not realising . It was still good though

The price !!! Maybe coffee included for $29

Over priced and lacking facilities.
Pros:

Close to John Hunter hospital.

Cons:

One hard chair in a two queen sized bed room, had to asked for second chair. No sofa or arm chair. No microwave. Very basic. Lift from car park was out of order. Over priced. Had better facilities in a cabin.

Nice hotel with good facilities. Ev charging was included in the price which made it very convenient to charge my ev. Attached to the Wests Club which was also a big positive. 24 hour service desk is great to have.

Cons:

Not much. Hotel was starting to look a bit tired but still a nice hotel that I can recommend.

Great reception staff. Spacious room and bathroom. Bed extremely comfortable. Bed brand new. Easy parking. Enjoyed a very nice evening meal in the adjoining Club.

Enjoyable stay but clean the plates and cups properly

The plates and cups at the buffet breakfast need a good clean I picked up a glass to have a orange juice the glass was sticky as if it hadn’t been washed properly so I got another one and the plates that you put your food on some looked stained and had dry egg still stuck on them I walked back to my table and my husband said what’s wrong I said they arnt very clean here he laughed and said yep he removed 3 plates off the pile of plates till he got a clean one so maybe they need to clean/service their dishwasher so patrons don’t have dirty plates and cups the staff were lovely the food was lovely but they just need to clean their plates and cups properly

Amazing experience loved it will be back

It’s was quiet, clean and comfortable and staff where very friendly and helpful

The elevator from the car park to the reception are was not working but that is the only thing
