Overall we have a pleasant stay at the apartment and the staff are friendly and helpful
Pros:

Excellent location and clean

Cons:

There is no lift to level one and find it difficult to bring luggage up to the room . Also there is no support grip bar in the bathroom . It is very dangerous for elderly as it need extra support to prevent slips and falls in the bath
