Fabulous
Pros:

Excellent room, we had a kitchenette and it was well equipped, everything was clean, comfy bed, easy walk to city centre, couldn't fault anything.

Absolute disgrace: Locked out from drinking water, useless emergency staff.
Pros:

Do not stay here. Quest on Franklin treats basic human necessities like a luxury. After 11:00 PM, they actually lock the doors to the drinking water station, leaving paying guests completely stranded without any access to water. They completely hid this ridiculous policy during check-in.

When I called their emergency line for help, the response was shockingly dismissive. The staff member couldn't care less and told me to go walk around outside to find a shop to buy water. They said this knowing full well that almost every local shop is closed at that hour.

Denying guests drinking water and then offering an impossible, mocking solution via an "emergency" line is a complete joke. This place claims to be a premium serviced apartment with 24-hour service, but their lack of basic care and professionalism is appalling. Total failure. Avoid at all costs.

Basic Hopitality Missing , Think Twice If You Need Water at Night

⚠️ Be aware: If you need drinking water at night, you may be left with no access at all.

At check-in, we were told there were no complimentary water bottles but that we could refill our bottles at reception. What nobody mentioned was that reception—and the water refill station—would be completely closed overnight. We were left without drinking water, with no nearby shops open. Calling the emergency number only resulted in being told to drink tap water or go outside to find water.

This isn’t about free water—it’s about basic hospitality. Hotels should ensure guests have access to drinking water at all hours, whether through a refill station, bottled water for purchase, or by clearly informing guests beforehand so they can prepare.

Lovely place to stay!

Weekend away with my sister-in-law. Was very convenient location to stay, close to the theatre, restaurants and public transport. Lovely clean rooms and friendly staff. Would definitely stay again!

Good location - clean roomy apartment for 4.
Pros:

Excellent apartment for 2 couples - 1 bathroom. Good quiet location - a very short walk to Adelaide Central Markets. Not far to the centre - various eating places in the area. A couple of pubs close by.
Staff very obliging.
