Pros:

Great location, handy to walks, shops etc.
Staff were lovely, and the room was clean and comfortable.
Would definitely stay here again, when in Mackay.

Cons:

Everything was great. if you are after a view, then our room did not have it. The view was over the back of the shopping Center and carpark so not very exciting. But that did not worry us.

I did not have breakfast. But I am happy with what was in the room I did not know if there was a kitchen or restaurant in hotel

The underground parking was hard to park at . The tyres were screeching. The path was too narrow to drive

Found or new fav accommodation place!
Pros:

Cannot fault this property! From the incredible service when checking in right through until our departure morning. Beautiful note and treats left for us. Nice little touches mean alot for sure! This will be our new accommodation stay from now on.

Mackay quest apartment
Pros:

The apartment size was amazing

Cons:

The bathroom tap and overflow was moldy. The curtains were not hung properly and let to much light in and the bedroom was not soundproof

Exceptional Customer Service
Pros:

We have stayed here several times and have received good service, but this time Mandy at front of office was exceptional. We stayed for a family event, and it was organised the family could stay close together. Check in was easy. Location is excellent, close to shops, dining options close and parks, topped of by great service.
