Cons:

There is no one at reception after 5:30 pm, and they ask for your card details over the phone. When I called to check in, I asked them how I could get into the reception area or at least inside the front door, because there was so much noise and I was standing outside the hotel on the street with all my bags. Instead, they asked me to repeat my card details while I was standing on the street. I found this extremely inappropriate and unsafe.

This is honestly the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. You can hear absolutely everything from the street. The air conditioning is very old and extremely noisy. There is a karaoke place directly across the street, and you can hear everything as if you were standing right outside the karaoke room. The people singing were not good singers, and the karaoke continued until 2 am.

After that, a truck parked in front of the building, and I could hear the engine as if I were standing right next to it.

I am not exaggerating or kidding about this. Trust me. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a quiet or comfortable stay.

Location, staff were brilliant

Cons:

No parking at front of hotel to drop off luggage and check in prior to parking in multi storey car park.
Be sure to pay for parking through hotel, $25/night is better than $60 if not done through hotel

STOLEN MONEY
Pros:

Absoutley terrible. I transfered $11,145.79 to an account cosmo closed down so presumed this would bounce back into my account and it did not!
For 24days i have sent emails after emails. Proof of this transcations which they only need to login into my account and see themselves anyway but all i get back on emails is "please provide SS evidence of transcations"AGAIN & AGAIN ..in 24days ive managed to get $6000 back but they keep going round & round in circles coming up with wanting "Proof or Sercuity" to get the remaining money. How many times uve sent downloaded statements & SS is absured
How it did not automatically bounce back into my account i do not get. COSMO you have stolen $5,145.79 of my money at present. DO NOT TRUST THIS BANK
