Great location. Close to cafes and shops like Woolies, Cole’s and restaurants. We loved the sauna and the heated pool and spa which was a huge factor in choosing a place to stay for the kids in winter. The kids loved the pool lights at night. We also enjoyed the BBQ area, it was nice and clean and equipment was provided for cooking and cleaning.

Cons:

Unfortunately there were a couple of broken items in the apartment which I informed the reception upon departure. The floor was dirty on arrival (we had black feet not long after walking through the apartment) I had to mop it and ring the mop out with my hand because the mop bucket was broken.

Thank you for our stay.
Pros:

Loved that they had a heated pool, the weather in QLD was colder than we had considered coming from Adelaide, our 6yo daughter was very happy she had a big swim. The pool / spa / gym / sauna was a huge bonus, great space.
The reception and maintenance team were very friendly, professional and prompt to respond.

Cons:

Being apartments the use of artificial light was required, but the main living area had plenty of natural light and ventilation, plus security screens, we felt safe.
Would’ve been good to have a tip in the welcome notes about using the fob on the lift. Took us longer than it should’ve to figure it out.

Lovely apartment, very comfy, extremely well set up kitchen and great outdoor facilities!
Pros:

Apartment was very well kitted out for everything needed for a family stay. Kitchen contained everything we needed and more! Pool, gym and tennis court were also perfect for keeping teenagers occupied.

Cons:

Location - not close to any supermarkets but wasn't a big issue.
