Great location. We had a room on the ground floor and didn't hear any noise from reception or other guests. Love that it had a lift. Free parking underneath but a very tight car park
A bond of $100 was held without it being explained to me. I thought they just took card details in case but I was unaware it would be an actual amount
Great location, complementary drinks on arrival.
We were at street level on a Saturday night. It was a bit noisy when the local pubs and bars closed in the early hrs.
the view of the ocean was stunning from our balcony, bed was hard, shower needed a good clean down the bottom area
the service lift was out of order on the day we left, we had to bounce our luggage down the 2 flights of stairs,

Great location. Good breakfast.
Due to building works it was almost impossible to park in their car park and the very noisy in our room. Drilling started quite early. Impossible to sleep in or nap during the day.
Staff member in the bar was pleasant and helpful. Other staff not so much.
The outlook from our room was dreadful. Not what is wanted on a holiday.
