Pros:

Impeccable location with secure parking and a friendly team at the front desk that made us feel very welcome. We sprung for a sea view room and were rewarded with stunning sunshine, blue skies and a clear view of the ocean bath and the beach once we pulled back the curtains in the morning (which did a great job of keeping the light out until we woke up).

We were looking for something a little more luxurious, my partner had never stayed over the water before so this was pretty special

Location was amazing could walk everywhere

Ice machine located on the 1st floor was fantastic we sat on our balcony 1st night and had a few drinks

Dinner in the restaurant was outstanding

Room layout was wierd, the bed should be located under the fan and the tv should be in front of your bed, the tv is relatively small and it's in front of the lounge. The bed is huge and super comfortable. The Air conditioning unit is so noisy you can't have it on while you're sleeping.

The space in the bathroom is big but there is no space to put all toiletries for the both of us, mine kept falling in the toilet which is not ideal so I kept mine in the room, which was a pain

If your looking for a safe, no privacy it's completely exposed so don't bring any valuables

I like that you could have the option of having your room cleaned or skipping that option, able to leave things in the room, without worrying

Breakfast, we are early risers and we're super excited about their breakfast menu however waiting until 8am is too long

100 percent restorative after life stuff
Pros:

Five days of utter rest and relaxation.
Balcony overlooking beach other verandah overlooking city and lake.
Heidi and Pauline were so pleasant , and in the restaurant polite Nepalese staff made us happy.
Loved the disabled shower.

Amazing view, close walk to everything and clean, comfortable rooms.
Pros:

This is my favourite place to stay in Forster. Well worth paying extra for the view of the ocean. The place had been updated since my last stay. Super friendly staff on the front desk. Short walk to everywhere. Will be staying again for sure!

Cons:

One small suggestion, if I have to say something, would be upgrading bathroom products (shower gel and soap) to give the room that touch of luxury.
