Pros:

Beautiful ambience

Cons:

The chandelier in the room is superb but it would have been nice to have another nice lamp in the room for some mood lighting.

A beautiful room for a stay in Ballarat and extremely well located!
Pros:

Very comfy bed, beautiful room and furnishings. Spacious bathroom. A warm welcome.

Cons:

A stand for our bags/case would be handy.
As I have limited mobility a grab bar in the shower would be helpful.

We thoroughly recommend Ballarat Premier Apartments, especially for groups who want to stay together.
Pros:

The properly accommodated the 4 of us very well, having 3 bedrooms was great.

Nice old building

Cons:

Had to eat on end of tv table. TV would be better on the wall. No shelf by the basin in the bathroom. No hand towel next to basin.

Pros:

Location was great, you can walk to restaurants and cafes.

Cons:

The room was pretty much sound proof however could hear the room next door opening and shutting there door, they are heavy door ms which make significant noise . The doors are so close to each other. Apart from that it was great.

Special and relaxing.
Pros:

Location, beautifully furnished and very comfortable.

Cons:

Sadly we had requested a downstairs and assured room due to our luggage. However the room upstairs was amazing. Good exercise unloading the car including golf clubs to carry upstairs.

Great location nice and quiet for city stay
Pros:

Location due to medical procedure , it was nice and quiet and rooms well setup
There is an electric frypan but no cook top nice and close to food outlets and late night chemist
There is no out door view at all we stayed in the apartment

Cons:

Could not get code to work on arrival to access keys.
No one answered the reception phone I called all 5 numbers, one response is a message saying leave a message ! Not helpful we did get in with in about 20 mins though just a bit frustrating when you don’t feel well.
No out door out look at all

A weekend away full of history with accomodation to match. Exceptional.

Pros:

Being my first stay at an 'automated' apartment I had an initial access issue. But from there I was impressed by the high standard of the apartment complex. My room was spacious, well presented and comfortable. All the usual facilities were available. I also found the room to be quiet from external sounds which added to a relaxing stay.

Cons:

Apart from initial access there was nothing else not to like.

Everything about the property was exceptional. We could not fault anything. The decor was just stunning, everything was in walking distance. It felt very luxurious, complements to the designers.

Pros:

Great location, very clean. Our room (no. 7) was much nicer than the photos. Was great to have a full kitchen).

It was great. A few tiny things - no rail/hook for hand towel, no sponge/brush for doing dishes.
