Other all we enjoyed our stay, location is good to travel by car to beaches and look outs
Pros:

Room was clean and comfortable. Sports bar was nice and close and food yummy. Salt and pepper calamari was the best we have ever had

Cons:

Accomodation is older some paint and tidy up outside would be good.

Cons:

We booked and stayed in a villa, not a very well created driveway to get to the villa sharp bends very steep hills and lots of branches on the driveway.

A little damp smell in the villa air conditioner was great tho place was clean other than paths a lot of branches and balcony full of leaves, pool was full of leaves but understandable with being surrounded by greenery.

Pub on-site on a Saturday night shut at 1045pm not very good when the night was just starting after dinner.

Met our needs
Pros:

Proximity of room to car park and restaurant

Cons:

Air con was on the floor with tiny menus that cannot be read. Couldn’t get the heater working. No ice tray and no ice. Main road sign is in the wrong location coming into Avoc the sign is after the necessary turn which is therefore missed. Saying turn on Cavendish is not the answer if you do not know where Cavendish is.

It was close to where we wanted to be but not quality.
Pros:

The property is very tired, needs lots of maintenance- car park lights were not working, balcony light not working, the front outdoor area walkway was dangerous.
We used the path to walk over to the bowls club for dinner and noted that there was no working light on the walkway or stairs

Cons:

The property was suited to our overnight stop over. But it is not somewhere we can or stay again unless work had been don’t to the facility.
