Very helpful staff...I checked in a bit late and Nick was very helpful....Bed was comfortable and the room was spacious.

No private bathroom, but that's the norm with most pub rooms.

Good bones but lots of room for improvement

Decent for what you pay for and a nice pub.

Complimentary snacks are nice touch

Cons:

One shared bathroom for 12 ish rooms that was filthy with soaked slippery floors.

Could not find the WiFi that was listed on the info sheet.

I also asked to extend my booking and got an affirmative but that I would need to change rooms which was fine. I packed up everything into the car in the morning because the place was closed and when I came from a day out I was told that the room was given to someone else which was pretty disappointing.

Left tired probably stay elsewhere next time.

Comfortable, value for money, and very helpful staff.
Pros:

The staff were amazing. We encountered a couple of issues (blocked toilet, trouble with a door lock) but the staff were more than happy to attend to them immediately upon being notified.

Cons:

There was a bit of a smell assumedly from another guest.

never again disgusted in whole thing was nearly going to walk out and ask for refund

they gave me a free meal for inconvenience of not having room ready,the bed was comfortable

Cons:

i arrived at 1400 was asked to provide a credit card, i provided my drivers license which should have been an enough, the room was not ready i had to wait in common area till room was ready i felt very uncomfortable about this there where no black out curtains in room so street lights shone through room window all night heating was inadequate. the sheets had stains on them. there was a hole in wall
