Stinking smell from the room. Carpet and couch too dirty and stained.
There nothing to like about this accommodation it is not like the picture's on booking.com
On arrival in to my accommodation the room was dirty the floor had dirt dust and mice shit its like they just made the bed for the next people and i mean only made the bed and change the bin. No cleaning involed I pulled the sheets back there was someone's hair and stains on the sheets then I ripped the sheets off the bed the day we left to find mice leave in the mattress we slept on I drove 14 hours paid almost $400 for 3 nights and 4 days i feel absolutely ripped off to know if was sleeping on a mattress that mice live in. On Saturday morning I was leaving today and I had asked staff for a vacuum and a mop and some more toilet paper i was told that they dont do that on weekends and I think that is a load of crap I have never stayed in any accommodation that refuses customer requests in my honest opinion they need to upgrade there whole hotel or close up shop dont stay at the ironbark inn

The power point behind the bed didn’t work. The toilet ran all night. There was a septic smell.
Staff was ver unprofessional and inappropriate. Hole in the wall behind the bed. Floor was ripped. Shower gel didnt even last first shower. No crockery in room. Towels were wet and smelly.
