Very disappointed and not valued for money

The noise from the people from the raven going mist of the night people smoking out the front of our room and the smell coming through the windows and the beds where not comfortable at all

We'll be back
Pros:

Rooms were clean & fresh. Parking was undercover & close to our room.
Staff were easy to find & extremely helpful.
Signage everywhere was great & easy to follow.

Cons:

Nope, everything was great. Complimentary tea, coffee, biscuits & breakfast cereals with milk were a bonus.
All bathroom extras were good quality 👌 A few extra clean towels were super handy for my long hair!. Two soaps - one for shower (with great water pressure) & a second soap for the hand basin is a rare happening these days!!

Location, meals were great, room was very clean. Staff were lovely.

Cons:

Shower head fitted incorrectly - only moved left- right and not up and down.
Noise from the pokie area (smoking area )was very loud most of the night and kept us awake ….I can normally sleep through anything.

Great Location and friendly staff. Great shower in 2 of the 3 rooms. 3rd room was much older and not as well maintained but cost the same so a little let down for one of our group but overall great place.

Take away coffee cups from hotel so you could take coffee to room in the morning
