Great location easy to find ,easy safe secure parking. Clean ,friendly kind staff , clean room, Hot water comfortable for our overnight stay for sporting near by .will stay again and highly recommend your hotel .

Milk for the tea in the fridge was frozen
staff was pleasant
room was small, had rusty areas visible, there was a high step up into the bathroom, which again was tiny, road noise high, overall dissatisfied with the whole experience except staff
Room was dirty as towels are stained n sevond night I was in hospital they were giving me half my money back n never got it the night I stayed in hospital was meant to be refunded wasn’t I always stay there not now I want my money back as said

Nothing about the Ibis .informed the desk lady about the leaking in the toilet/shower
the smell was really bad.
I know it was a budjet hotel but it was not good not even a chair to sit on just a not so nice stool.
We were so tied and cold slept and left early my appointment thats why we were there for one night.

Location Price
The location is great if visiting or needing to stay in that part of Newcastle, close to M1 Freeway entrance and plenty of off street parking. The Room was comfortable for an overnight stay.
The IBIS is showing its age and certainly hasn’t been upgraded for some time. The reception area and breakfast area is small and unwelcoming. For the size of the accommodation I was expecting something larger.
