Convenient
Unruly at night. Kids running up and down hallways and just a lot of general noise until late.
Very strong smell of smoke throughout whole building and car parks.
Shower and toilet had strong urine smell.
Not cleanest room. But guess for price was somewhere to sleep.

The location isn't good. You can't sleep because the heave traffic at whole night .
Only thing I didnt like is that to check in one hour early there was a charge of $40
First receptionist was very good, professional attentive to duties.
I checked sink was blocked moved straight away all done very well.

Moved from one room to another, very different consumables stock levels.
First room low amount of coffee, 1 frozen milk sample, no tea, very little loo paper, next room properly stocked but floors not swept.
Generally pretty ok, house keeping could be bit better, other receptionists could spend less time on phones as forgot about bringing milk as not stocked at reception coffee station.
Each guest should be acknowledged not buried in phones screens, just my opinion..

Our key didn’t unlock our room, it was after hours & no one was around to help.
I was offered a refund but nothing as of yet.
This place is a dump and looks so rundown, how it's still in operation is beyond me
We didn't even end up staying the night... There was so many dodgy unsavoury characters and what looked like some one overdosing on the front steps. The place is so run down. We drove up, sat in the car looking around and decided to leave and book elsewhere
