Had everything we needed for a great stay
The main bathroom shower didn't work, the shower converter lever to go from a bath to the shower didn't stay up and so shower wasn't available in that bathroom
Close to beach, had double glazed doors to keep out the street noise, had secure parking
Didn’t see reception open at all, luckily we were organised and didn’t need to ask anything
Location was perfect for the Cooly Rocks On weekend. Apartment was very modern and comfortable. Had all amenities we needed

Perfect location. Right across the road from beach and playground. Close to coffee shops and SLSC. We had a great time!
The location is superb! We were on ground floor so a hop skip and a jump and we were on the white sandy beach

No breakfast, excellent location, right on the beach front, plenty of places to eat within walking distance, the apartment was fine with two bathrooms this was the first time staying at Rainbow Bay, will come again, plenty of walking paths for exercise. and beach areas. Apartment allowed for eat in if needed with full kitchen and dining room. Bed very comfortable.
No reception staffed most of the time, run into some staff within the ground and found them very friendly and helpful, phone contact was available.
Great location just across the road from the beach. Rainbow bay is the best beach on the Gold Coast.
The unit (19) showed a lot of wear and tear and is in need of a refurbishment. The on-suite bathroom sink had mould around the back of it, the mattress topper in the main bedroom was badly stained. The dining table was stained and there was no air-conditioning in the unit.
