Its a bit dated and needs some renovating, it has been neglected. There are new managers there, but they will need to do a fair bit to lift the standard.

Pros:

The apartment was so close to the beach and the tram and shops and restaurants. Although so close to Surfers Paradise, the apartment was very quiet. Belinda the owner was very friendly and helpful. Very good value

Pros:

We loved the location. We had everything we needed for our stay. It was spotlessly clean and well presented.
We liked the fact our car was undercover and secure.

Cons:

The unit was small, and the couch was low and uncomfortable. The bed wasn't the best either. Also we didn't realise that there was no lift to the upper floors.

An ideal apartment in a great location; excellent value for money.
Pros:

This is the perfect place to stay! The apartment is amazing—I felt right at home! It’s the best accommodation I’ve ever stayed in! A wonderful, kind, and helpful hostess! Great location! I wish I could have stayed longer! I will definitely be back.

Belinda was nice.

Cons:

We originally asked for 2 single beds. When we were taken to our room, up 3 flights of stairs, carrying our luggage l brought up the fact that l wanted the 2 beds. We were told that we would have to go down 2 flights of stairs and up another flight of stairs, or more, to a room with the beds l asked for in the booking request.
The apartment was very, very small and the wifi was very poor. It kept dropping out.
