Comfortable for 2 persons. Can be revisited.
Pros:

Good location. Peaceful. 10 minutes walk to surfer paradise & central place. Host was very cooperative & always ready to help. All appliances in working condition. Good furniture.

Cons:

Apt. is small with lot of furniture making limited moving space. No elevator or lift for going to upper floors. Have to manage luggage yourself. Swimming pool is so small & for the photographs only. Occasional cockroach observed in bathroom area at night. Furniture-drawers in kitchen needed repairs. Only for 2 persons.

Good value. Would stay there again.
Pros:

Very convenient to get the tram at Surfers Paradise to Broadbeach North for the Blues Festival.
The apartment was a good size and had everything needed for a short stay.
Belinda was very helpful and accommodating.

Cons:

The TV - trouble getting the channels I wanted but it wasn't a big deal as I was out most of the time.

Pros:

Reception was friendly, apartment clean,comfortable bed.Short walk to beach and very good Surf Club with excellent meals.

Definitely will stay there again!
Pros:

The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. The whole place has a very friendly vibe. It is also very safe and secure and even on the ground floor alone I felt fine.

Cons:

Perhaps a few more sachets of tea and some spice or herb bundles, salt and pepper sachets would be great, it was lovely to stay somewhere with good basic equipment and be able to cook proper meals

Great stay! Perfect location!
Pros:

The new owner is amazing, super helpful if you need any local recommendations and even takes you to the observation deck for free. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfy and it's in a great location. Honestly can't find any negatives.

She had only bought it just before I arrived and she updated everything she could to ensure I was happy.
