Uncomfortable, frustrating.
Cons:

The noise from downstairs absolutely needed to be disclosed more candidly, my workmate and I were both travelling for work with early mornings. The noise is so bad he didn’t use the room on our second night of stay. I’d like at least a partial refund.

An experience never to be repeated.
Pros:

No offer of breakfast.
The barmaid was friendly.
The beds weren't too bad.

Cons:

Checkin was in a public gaming bar which could be daunting and frightening for people who unaccustomed to bars.
No parking on the premises.
Rooms were stuffy, dusty and old seventies style.
Overpriced for what it was.

Fitted our overnight needs.
Pros:

The bar staff and Thai restaurant at the property are A1. Heating in the room was ideal for the coldest night of the year.

Convenient location.
Pros:

Good location.

Cons:

It’s a convenient place in town, not the most swish, but it doesn’t charge swish prices. It needs a spruce up to get back to its past glory. Staff were really charming.

Great Customer Service
Pros:

I loved the fact the lady who managed the check ins got up when I rang at midnight to check-in even though booking.com were having technical issues and my late check in was never sent to Grand Hotel.

Cons:

The out dated room. Needs new beds and dresser etc

My GRAND Stay
Pros:

The location, the room was cosy, staff were awesome, bed came with an electric blanket and omg that was really nice

Cons:

Woke up to a leak in my bathroom. Leak was under the sink.showed the cleaning staff on discharge.
