Great place to stay
Pros:

We loved our room which was above the restaurant/bar area, it was big and looked great. We had read the reviews about noise but we had no issues as we stayed on Monday and Tuesday nights in wet and cold weather. There was music but it was quiet by 9.30. Good location to walk into the Main Street where there are plenty of food options. We had no problems with parking but did notice school parents and gym goers using the car park as well.

Cons:

The hot water was fine on the first night but cold in the morning and there was no one on the front desk to tell as we left for a cave tour at 8.30. When we returned we did tell them and it was fixed by that afternoon. The heater didn’t work at all but we didn’t try it until after 5 so there was no one to tell. The extra blanket was very handy.

Spacious room, good location
Pros:

Very central to Margaret river Main Street. No problems checking in after hours. Parking on site great. Room very spacious.

Cons:

The bed was terrible ☹️ TV didn’t work very well. Could have been more tourist information about Margaret River and the surrounding sites to visit in the room.

Pros:

Liked that there is parking just outside the rooms, making loading and unloading a breeze. There is also a laundry room if needed. Conveniently located within the city so it's minutes drive away to all shops. The rooms are also very spacious with firm comfortable beds.

Stayed two weeks reception was terrific helped me out with my questions.
Room was clean and comfortable only problem TV was basic with no kayo foxtel etc otherwise great position and good value for money

Okay & acceptable but can be better for the price paid??
Pros:

Location is good, walking distance to town centre & accessible to restaurants & Coles supermarket & other necessities.

Good size room with basic amenities. Whole hotel constructed with wood & a staircase to the rooms on first level can be a challenge with luggage in tow??!! Other rooms are located on ground level located at the back spread out like a resort.

Bed is comfortable but not firm because you feel a depression when you “sink” into it. Change mattress or rotate/invert the mattress more often to balance off the total comfort?RES

Restaurant set up is pleasant but the menu can be improved with more options or choices of meals?
