Great stay
Pros:

Location and the apartment. Clean and quiet

Cons:

Bath to high to climb out of it, when using spabath or shower. Everything else was ok eg good size kitchenette.

Pros:

Loved the location and the size of the rooms. The ease of check in and out. The fridge in the room. The rooms were very clean.

Cons:

The fact you could hear everything from the bathroom next door. You could hear the live band as if they were in the room with you. The shower wasn't great in terms of pressure.

Pros:

Room was very comfortable but dated. Loved my stay. Value for money given facilities dated and no restaurant available during my stay. Mr Smash provided excellent alternative food.

Cons:

No security lock on the entry door. I moved furniture over the entry so that I felt safer as I was staying alone.
Bathroom light is on a timer, so I kept having to get out of the spa bath to turn the light back on.
I was unaware until just before arrival that the restaurant was closed for renovation.
'Multiple' emails recieved post booking (13) makes navigating important information irritating and impossible!! One or 2 emails would suffice.
Overall, any complaints are a first world problem. I really enjoyed my short time away.

Great place to stay
Pros:

We loved our room which was above the restaurant/bar area, it was big and looked great. We had read the reviews about noise but we had no issues as we stayed on Monday and Tuesday nights in wet and cold weather. There was music but it was quiet by 9.30. Good location to walk into the Main Street where there are plenty of food options. We had no problems with parking but did notice school parents and gym goers using the car park as well.

Cons:

The hot water was fine on the first night but cold in the morning and there was no one on the front desk to tell as we left for a cave tour at 8.30. When we returned we did tell them and it was fixed by that afternoon. The heater didn’t work at all but we didn’t try it until after 5 so there was no one to tell. The extra blanket was very handy.
