Pros:

Staff were amazing. So friendly, so understanding, so helpful and so interested.
Rooms were spacious.
Great location very close to train station and eateries.
Lovely hot shower.

Cons:

Some rooms are on the side of the train line and there are two windows...we only shut one and heard the trains most of the night but that was completely our fault. Once the window was closed the train noise was minimal.

Perfect for a short sta visiting friends in Emu Plains. Right next to the station so easy travelling from the City.

Would stay again
Pros:

Room was older than we thought but still clean and tidy. Location was walking distance to the train and walking distances to some places to eat.
Easy distance for a run along the river as well.
Coffee and snacks provided in the communal area but use of washing machines was paid.

Cons:

Kitchenette was unfortunately too small to be usable, we bought food to cook but the solo old pot supplied made it impossible to cook a proper meal. No trays etc are supplied for the microwave oven and there is no bench space in the kitchen to meal prep.
We also booked two rooms at the same time under the same name and these were unfortunately on different sides of the property in different buildings.

Pros:

The room was spotless and tidy when we checked in. It had everything we needed including a kitchenette, hanging space and good sized bathroom.
The location was great for getting to Penrith and there is an excellant pizza shop nearby, just a short walk

Great place to stay
Pros:

I have stayed here before and it is a great place. Our 2br apartment was clean and tidy with a good bathroom. Reception staff were excellent. Free parking onsite. Located close to a pub, food places and the service station.

Cons:

It is very close to the train line, which does generate some noise, especially if you are staying in the main building. But it is what it is, we still managed a good sleep.

Always a pleasure
Pros:

I stay with the Value Suites regularly when I travel to Penrith. The staff greet me by name and are always happy and friendly. The rooms are clean and welll equipped, parking is free and plenty available. I wouldnt stay anywhere else!
