Price and location very close to RBWH
Tiny, tiny rooms. No chairs to sit in, one stool only. Two people could not be vertical at one time. One on the stool, one standing or lying on the bed.
Close enough to the airport.
Not a bad room. Parking felt pretty safe. (I could park where I could see the car from my room.)
The bed was relatively comfortable.
Despite being on a busy road, my room at the rear of the building was relatively quiet, especially after I turned the fridge off.(Why are the little fridges so noisy?)
Fair value. I
The no contact checkin was a bit confusing and will probably definitely give some people an annoying experience.
It wasn't smooth for me. After scanning the QR code and entering a heap of info it asks for my photo. In taking the photo I lose the page and have to do the whole thing again.
After repeating the process and adding the photo, the next step hung for quite a long time.
Finally it promises to send room number and codes.
They didn't come for me and another guy doing it also.
Had to call a number and that guy sent the codes.
Using the code for the room number wasn't quite so obvious too.
I buggered up my knee and had only stairs to use. That might be a problem for some.
The bed was a bunk bed making sitting on it to watch TV had an obstructed view and a low overhang. The alternative was a metal stool so not really an option.
I took a walk to the north, not much to do or see within walking distance.
Cleans and tidy. Comfortable bed.
Road noise, despite the poorly sealed double glazed window was horrendous!!!
Nice and clean
Bathroom too small
The privacy and security
No staff to get assistant from
There was nothing to like i couldn't talk to customer service about my reservation cause there phone is disconnected
The fact that I was told to complete a pre check in survey, then being told to give a reservation refrence which i wasn't told what that is. Whether its a bunch of numbers or a code word. Couldn't contact anyone about this cause there customer support is disconnected, and to top it all off I wasn't allowed to get my money back. Pretty much stole from me.
0/10 would not recommend
Also they whole thing of using your phone as a key card for your room and there being no receptionist seems sketchy. What if I had a problem in the hotel. Who would I talk to about it
No reception, all online via the Philippine. If you do not have photo ID that you are willing to upload you CAN NOT check in.
Because I didn’t have any photo ID, I was refused check in even though I had paid 100% of the accommodation. This left me ordering another Uber back to the airport to sleep on a chair for the night….. awesome service by the property…NOT
I have requested a refund however no reply has been made.
The bed was great. The parking and location was great
The check-in process. The ap was terrible. You put the details in and when you access the code it didn't let you enter it. I had 2 young men trying to help and they couldn't get it to work. When I rang them they said you had to do it on the ap. 30min they finally give me the code for the front door room.
Bed was comfortable, we enjoyed the contactless check in, the pin method works well, no need to worry whether you remembered the room key etc when leaving.
We travelled for an event that happened to be on the same weekend as magic round weekend, so all accommodation was tripled in price, this made value for money very poor. If travelling outside of this time, then I would recommend this hotel as a comfortable place to stay.
Nothing very poor hotel can't even walk around the bed and have to fill kettle from basin
