The room was clean, close to everything we needed to be near. It was very convenient and good value for money.
Nothing in particular. Shower was quite small and had a tendency to spray everywhere even with shower curtain. It was also hard to move around with the shower curtain up.

As a non-tech savvy 81yo I had several unsuccessful attempts @ online check-in. Eventually phoned our son in Syd who did it remotely 4 me. Without his help I’d still be trying! On my arrival a young chap was struggling 2 check in w/your phone assist person. Returning later, I found a tearful older woman unable to 2 navigate th process. Told her 2 call your phone assist line. She was gone later, I can only assume was she eventually ‘helped’ in. ✖️
