Everything! Staff, room, food!
God beliggenhed i roligt kvarter men alligevel nær centrum. Dejlig morgenmadvog meget venlige personale. Dejlige værelser med al komfort.
Ikke noget jeg lige kan komme i tanke om
Loved the hotel itself! Really beautiful building and rooms with very quiet surroundings.
.
It could do with having more/ better english TV channels and some modernisation.
The spa facilities are rather dated
The lack of a kitchen and restaurant is quite palpable and if you don't mind just having someone to rest and have a very basic/ nothing special breakfast (self serving machine/ horredndous scrambled eggs etc) and not much of a minibar or evening bar at the hotel this is the place for you.
Also we had a spa treatment (back and foot massage) and it definitely wasn't worth the money/time or relaxing in any way shape or form. It was almost like the chap did not want to be there or even touch our bodies (we are 2 very OCD healthy, clean, fit people in our late 40s).. particularly for my partner the treatment was really uncomfortable and devoid of any passion/intention or technique from the masseus. I wouldn't do it again nor would I recommend it.
The property was excellent
The internet was poor for the whole stay which put a dampener on the stay unfortunately. Very frustrating for a 5 star hotel with 24hr reception desk and butler style service !!
部屋の快適さ、朝食のクオリティの高さ、ロケーションなど全てが完璧です
強いて言えば朝ごはんスタートが8時からだったので早朝からのツアーに朝食がまにあわなかったこと
It’s got a lot of character and feels very homely while still being a high quality hotel with excellent service. The location is very good as easy to get to Prague Castle, a short walk to Charles Bridge and the nearest metro is also a short walk away, but the area is very quiet, peaceful and feels tucked away from the busy tourist areas.
The staff went above and beyond to provide a great service, the free wine and cheese evenings were a lovely touch and as only a few guests stay at a time you feel very privileged and taken care of.
The rooms feel magical and unique with lovely historic touches, but with air conditioning!
We will definitely stay again and would recommend it.
Nothing
What was there not to like! The staff, accommodations and great location were all ideal and made our stay perfect!!
We loved this place and will return again someday. We would recommend to anyone we know that is visiting Prague.
Everything; location, staff, room. This place is amazing. I felt like royalty the minute I walked through the front door.
Nothing.
We had an incredible stay at this hotel. Everyone on the staff was amazing, friendly, and extremely helpful. Our room was absolutely beautiful and exceeded our expectations. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. We will definitely be back!
We had a slight issue at the check out with charges that were not correct,I would recommend to clarify all the upgrades and charges upfront.
The staff there is 10 out of 10!
This is a delightful hotel, perfectly situated, with charming staff and a beautiful historic ambiance. Can’t wait to return to Prague and stay again.
