Great place great people and perfect location but ac is a huge problem!!
Pros:

Everything was fantastic except for the fact that the ac in our room did not work and I couldn’t sleep the whole time!!

Cons:

AC was broken!!!
And it was 100F in Chiang Mai!!!!

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels in der Nähe der Altstadt ist gut.

Cons:

Mein Zimmer war im Erdgeschoss und ich konnte kein Fenster öffnen. Der Verkehr ist deutlich zu hören, da das Hotel direkt an der Straße liegt.

Was a beautiful place, great location

Cons:

Stairs only access for high floors
Only gave one key and wouldnt give us another. A few times my partner and I went different locations, coming back at early hours of the morning and it was inconvenient. Yes, they have 24 hr desk but i shouldn't have to ask to get to my room

Tout super emplacement personnel serviable et accueillant. Chambre spacieuse.

Cons:

Un peu lent pour le nettoyage. Avons placé notre affiche et il a fallu le demander pour faire le nettoyage de la chambre.
