Excelente experiência!
Pros:

Serviço: os atendentes muito solicitos. Precisei trocar de quarto por conta da minha mãe idosa e o Sr Fabiano prontamente me ajudou. Todas as solicitações de quarto (jogo de toalhas, roupas para passar, por exemplo) atendidas rapidamente e com muita gentileza. No restaurante, todos atentos às necessidades do hóspedes (e o hotel estava lotado!).

Localização e café da manhã muito bons, mas não será um hotel para descansar e dormir bem.

Equipe de atendimento muito prestativa, café da manhã delicioso, bem completo.

Cons:

Quarto bem antigo, as cortinas não fechavam direito, blackout da janela não funcionava. Os cobertores estavam todos descosturados e com partes rasgadas, dava para ouvir os outros hóspedes abrindo portas, tomando banho, conversando... foi bem desagradável. O quarto era para 2 adultos e 2 crianças, porém era em um quarto separado, apenas uma cana de solteiro extra... ou seja as crianças ficavam separadas.

Pros:

Excelente hotel, tudo muito organizado e limpo a comida do hotel tanto café da manhã como outras refeições são maravilhosas, destaque para a educação de todos os funcionários eles fazem a diferença no hotel.
