The bed was very hard.

Fotograflardaki gibi biyer beklemeyin konum olarak kullanılacak biyer. Calısanlar iyi fakat resepsiyon çok kaba. Yanlıs oda seçiminden dolayı başka hotelde kalabilecegimiz söylendi.

Please don’t come here. They have HORRIBLE customer service. I fled lied to, cheated and insulted. They made my stay EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE.

⚠️ Beautiful Pattaya Hotel with Dirty Secrets — Think Twice Before Booking ⛔️

I came to this 4-5 star Pattaya hotel excited for a two-week luxury stay in their best room. The location is genuinely great, but what they DON’T TELL you RUINED my trip.

Here’s the Reality:

• Views obscured by MAJOR Construction and noise right next building – impossible to relax.

• A visibly hazardous major gutter on the property that looks dangerous to health and safety.

• Most reception staff were extremely rude and disrespectful to international guests. You could see and hear how they treat each other with respect, but look down on foreigners. Only the young bell boy and old security guard were kind.

• The worst part: They lied about room availability. Told me my top of the line EXPENSIVE room wasn’t free for 14 days, checked me out after 2 days, made me wait hours in the lobby, then charged another 1,000 before “finding” my room.

3 days later, they tried switching me to a worse room above the gutter. They’d sold mine to someone else for more money (probably). I had PAID in ADVANCE for the MOST upgraded room at the hotel.

I ended up staying in my DOWNGRADED room with NO REFUND.

And the reception staff JUST LIE and LIE and LAUGH at you because they know they are in full control. You are just a visitor. Nothing more. When you bring it to their attention. They NO LONGER speak English. Then they laugh and talk about you in their own language.

OTHER HIDDEN ISSUES:

• Surprise deposit / fee at check-in.

• Only one key card for 2 guests or entire family.

• The AC and power shut off the moment you leave room with your 1 key -– you return to a HELL, HOTTER than a sauna.

• They have multiple hidden fines. From towels to brining certain food to your room. And the FINES are 5000.

• This felt like a chaotic bazaar spot, not luxury. I won’t be back to this hotel or even Pattaya city anytime soon after today’s insulting behavior of staff.

The area was smelling very badly can't use the pool

屋子下面有一个很臭很臭的臭水沟，基本没办法正常开窗。前台的服务也很一般，感觉很不耐烦，让人感觉不是很舒服。再加上价格也不是很实惠，总体体验很不好。

Construction work of new tall building next to you, bay road extremely busy and noise from walking street far too load which could be heard even though we were on 6th floor.
A/C was noisy as the fan motor ducting was rattling next to other housing, but this was looked at by the hotel engineer/ maintenance and fixed within 24hrs.
