Goede locatie, aardig en behulpzaam personeel, redelijk uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet

Chambre propre, personnel très serviable , petit déj varié, emplacement idéal
El personal es muy agradable. Sobre todo el chico de origen egipcio de recepción que se mostró educado, simpático y servicial en todo momento. La habitación es acogedora y el baño es amplio. Tienen un detallito de bienvenida que se agradece.
El desayuno que sirven es tipo buffet y es muy completo.
Aunque se supone que era una habitación superior y con cama grande, podría decirse que la cama está incrustada entre dos paredes. Es verdad que la habitación no está mal pero el espacio de la cama es un poco agobiante ya que un lado está pegada a la pared y por el otro prácticamente no entras de frente sino de lado.
Es importante tener en cuenta que el hotel está al final de una cuesta enorme así que o coges el funicular que te deja arriba de la cuesta y bajas un poquito andando o tienes que subir toda la cuesta hacia arriba pero ese es el precio que pagas por alojarte al lado de la Torre Galata en este peculiar barrio.
What made our stay really 10 stars was absolutely the best guest relations manager Simin, she was the sweetest. We were on bachelor party and she even organised suprise cake.
The room is not very spacious, but it matches the description perfectly and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The traditional Turkish breakfast was good and enjoyable. The location is excellent, and the hotel offers great value for money. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. Their kindness and attention to every detail truly made a difference. I’m giving this hotel a 9/10 thanks to the wonderful staff and their outstanding hospitality.
The location is awesome! The hotel is clean, beautiful, and very well-kept. The staff are friendly and always willing to help, and the breakfast was tasty with a variety of choices.
The only disadvantage was the air conditioning system. It was hot outside, so we couldn't sleep with an open window (also because of the street light). However, the AC blew directly onto one side of the bed — right at your head. It was the only downside, but a significant one, as the main reason you book a hotel is to get a good night's sleep.
Excellent and charming staff who made us feel like treasured guests. The hotel is in a bustling and historic part of the city near the Galata Tower. Staying there was a great introduction to Istanbul. Thank you in particular to the Guest Relations Manager.

Завтрак отличный, если вы на пару дней, кровать удобная, уборная прекрасная, всё есть: сейф, принадлежности, чайник, вода.
Расположение отеля на горке. Неудобно тащить вверх чемоданы. Нам дали номер с видом в стену!

Особая благодарность менеджеру на ресепшн — встретил приветливо и дружелюбно, заселение прошло быстро. Нам сделали апгрейд до номера высшей категории. Просторная комната, кровать мягкая, уютно и чисто. Завтраки достойные, всё необходимое есть.
Отдельное спасибо Guest Relations Simin за открытку и сладкий комплимент в номере, было очень приятно.
Также хочется отметить локацию, очень удобная, всё рядом.

This is not the fanciest hotel, but for the money it is great value. Location is walking distance from Galata tower. Very clean. Friendly and responsive staff. Great sound insulation.

Posizione ottima. Comoda a tutte le principali metro. A pochi passi dalla torre di Galata e comoda per le principali vie di negozi dove fare una passeggiata alla sera dopo cena. Camere molto belle e pulite. Personale cordiale. Colazione ben fornita sia di dolce che salato. Letti molto comodi.
Bagni potrebbero richiedere qualche manutenzione ( tavoletta del bagno da fissare) ma Comunque ottimi puliti e nel complesso belli.
