موقع ممتاز والفريق جدا جدا متعاون وودود وبالاخص مايك حيث عندما تم حجز الغرفة تبين لنا إن الغرف نوعا ما صغيرة فتم مساعدتنا وتغيير الغرفة الى جناح دون أخذ أي مبلغ مالي للترقية

إطلالة الغرف لكن الجناح على الشارع الرئيسي والمواقف تحسب علينا وليس على الفندق فالمواقف توجد مقابل الفندق

GREAT STAFF AND LOCATION BAD VIEW
Pros:

The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly, especially Murat, who made our stay more enjoyable with his kindness and professionalism.

Overall, the service was excellent, but these aspects could be improved.

Cons:

The only things I didn’t like were the breakfast area, which is located in the basement, and the view from the terrace. Unfortunately, the view overlooks a large multi-level parking garage and a garbage collection area, which was not very pleasant.

Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our shuttle pick up went to the wrong address and they were so helpful in sorting this for us so we could get to the airport on time. Good location, close to restaurants, shops and trams.

Great location and price for family of 4!
Pros:

Our family of four had an excellent stay at Meroddi! Loved the location for being able to explore a lot of Istanbul on foot plus access to good cafes. The staff were all super friendly and helpful (especially the Guest Relations Manager Simit)! We had two rooms that adjoined which was helpful. Beds were comfortable to help with the jet lag. Also the price was very reasonable for the big city, especially since it included a very good breakfast buffet.

Voor de vijfde keer bij Meroddi verbleven, en zeker niet de laatste!
Pros:

Opnieuw een fantastisch verblijf bij Meroddi! Dit was inmiddels al de vijfde keer dat ik hier verbleef en zoals altijd was alles top. De locatie is perfect, het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam en de kamers zijn comfortabel en verzorgd. Ik ben telkens weer zeer tevreden en zal hier zeker opnieuw boeken. Een absolute aanrader!

De haardroger liet het een paar keer afweten 😃
