Comfortable and clean accommodation
La ubicación excelente, en la calle de al lado De la Torre Gálata. El desayuno también estaba bastante bien.
La habitación que tuve estaba justamente al lado de una puerta de salida y cuando daban un portazo retumbaba toda la habitación, fue algo molesto.
La atención del personal fue muy amable, su ubicación es central, queda muy cerca de la Torre Gálata y puedes ir caminando a varios sitios de interés.
Es un lugar muy silencioso pese a estar en una de las zonas más turísticas de la ciudad.
El desayuno estuvo delicioso, una excelente experiencia turca.
La habitación era más pequeña que lo indicado en las fotos de referencia y eso lo hizo poco cómodo por las maletas que llevábamos.
La situación
Nos tocó la planta baja y era muy muy ruidoso desde las 7 de la mañana portazos, supongo que del personal que pasaba por allí de limpieza, desayunos…
Nada en particular. El desayuno está bien.
Las fotos del exterior idealizan mucho la realidad.
La calle que aparece no es la calle donde está el hotel.
El hotel se encuentra exactamente enfrente de un parking público de varias plantas sobre el nivel de calle. También tiene en frente varios contenedores de basura y todas las noches pasan los camiones correspondientes. Las ventanas no cierran bien. En fin, muchísimo ruido por la noche.
En general la relación calidad precio es correcta, pero en éste caso mejor una habitación que de al interior.

Always excellent service and great staff! They are all very helpful, and do their job well. The location is great near a metro station, and Galata tower. The rooms have great beds and linens, and there’s everything you need for a short stay. They even bring you gifts! The rich breakfast buffet with a view is also a great advantage as now you have to pay $20 plus for breakfast outside.
