Q la habitación era muy chica
La ubicación era excelente, servicio d limpieza y sobre todo los empleados muy amables y resolvían todas las dudas q teníamos, sobre todo Mike y Mohamed, les pongo una matrícula d honor en atención al cliente

La chambre propre, literie très bien. Petit déjeuner pas incroyable mais OK. Le personnel très sympathique. Des petits cadeaux retrouvés en chambre le soir. Le quartier permettant de faire beaucoup de choses à pied.
Nous avions réservé pour 4 adultes et 1 enfant de 5 ans. Il n'y avait que 2 lits doubles, pas de couchage prévu pour le petit. On nous a gentiment installé un lit d'appoint supplémentaire

Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel in der Nähe des Galata-Turm in Istanbul absolut genossen. Das Hotel war makellos sauber, die Zimmer wurden täglich perfekt gereinigt. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich das freundliche Personal, das immer hilfsbereit und herzlich war. Die Lage war einfach perfekt, man konnte den Galata-Turm in kürzester Zeit erreichen und hatte einen tollen Blick auf die Stadt. Ich kann dieses Hotel wärmstens empfehlen!

Lovely King room, very well laid out, practical, perfectly maintained and with a high-end feel.
The staff are truly fantastic and very attentive. The person from Brazil in particular provided service worthy of a 5-star hotel. We were able to change from a Queen room to a King room after speaking with the receptionist, who was very kind and attentive. The staff go out of their way to make guests feel like royalty, and they really succeed. We travel very regularly and have stayed in hundreds of hotels, and I must admit that the staff at this hotel are among the most dedicated and professional I have seen. Congratulations to the team and the management! Well done also to the housekeeping staff, as the hotel is spotless.
The hotel is very quiet if your room faces the courtyard. If it faces the street, it is less quiet, especially as the window does not close properly. But for the area, the street is one of the liveliest in Istanbul, it is very quiet. Apart from the occasional scooter here and there, you will not hear any noise at night.

We had an unpleasant surprise with the room we had booked on Booking: on Booking, the Queen room and the King room have the same photos, so you assume they are the same, but that is not the case at all. The Queen room looks like a narrow corridor with a small bed placed inside it, pushed up against one of the walls. It is a small, awkwardly shaped corner room. We were disappointed with the Queen room, but after changing to a King room, everything was great.
NOTE: the mattress was not very comfortable. We both slept relatively poorly because of the mattress for all three nights in a row. The mattress in the Queen room was sagging, while the one in the King room was too firm.
I would describe the breakfast as average. There were some Turkish specialities, but they were not particularly impressive. The orange juice was industrial-style nectar. This is not a breakfast for food lovers! We had seen comments saying that the breakfast was sumptuous, so we were disappointed. Nothing dramatic, and I think the vast majority of people will be fine with it, but they probably will not find it amazing either.
It is a shame that there was no espresso-style coffee, only very diluted carafe coffee with almost no flavour.
Overall, it is a good hotel that would have deserved a 10/10 if the mattresses had been more comfortable and the breakfast had been of better quality.

The hotel is located very close to the Galata tower (less than 5 min walk), plenty of restaurants around. The staff was polite and ready to help with any requests we had. Special shoot-out to Mike going above and beyond making our breakfast extraordinary. The breakfast has great selection of everything. The room was companct but very clean and newly refurbished. We really enjoyed our stay here!
The street gets a bit loud towards the night but the noise dies after midnight. We did not find it too much disturbing but good to know.
The location is unbeatable. And Mike and the whole staff did everything possible to make this an excellent visit.
The location is perfect. The room, although small, is cozy and clean. The breakfast is one of the best offered in the area with a lot of health options. Mike who is the guest service manager was the highlight of my stay. He makes the hotel feel like home with a friendly face to talk to. Mike is extremely helpful, and makes sure everyone is taken care of.
The assistance and friendliness of the personnel, in particular Mike, who was very helpful.
