Во-первых, близко к метро и не по горкам. Во-вторых, горячая вода в душе - не еле теплая, а горячая. Чистый номер, уборка каждый день, прекраснейшие богатые завтраки.
Будьте внимательны - у сети 2 отеля рядом, мы пришли сначала не в свой, но сотрудник взял наши чемоданы и довел до нужного
Nous avons séjourné 6 jours dans cet hôtel avec une amie et nous avons été très agréablement surprises par la chambre : elle était encore plus spacieuse et jolie que sur les photos !
L’hôtel est également extrêmement bien situé : à seulement 1 minute à pied de la tour de Galata et à quelques minutes de la place Taksim. Nous avons trouvé l’emplacement idéal pour visiter Istanbul, l’hôtel étant vraiment au cœur des différents quartiers et activités touristiques que nous avons pu découvrir.
Un grand merci également au personnel, et notamment à Simin, Mohammed, Hasan et Rakip, qui ont tous été adorables avec nous.
Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel et y reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Area was central to some tourist attractions and public transport.
Wonderful location, the staff are friendly and so helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, great shower 🚿, it was clean, neat and have good water flow , breakfast 🥞 is 10/10. Overall i had a fantastic experience.

Chambre spacieuse et jolie. Grand lit très confo. Très bon et varié petit déjeuner. Localisation super bonne, à coté de la tour Galata. Une chouette petite terrasse commune au dernier étage avec vue sur la mer.
La vue de la chambre directement sur les fenêtres de l'immeuble d'à coté mais au moins c'est calme. La salle du petit déjeuner trop petite et très sombre car en contre bas de la rue.
I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect, from the beautiful and comfortable room to the excellent service. The entire team was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional. The location was also ideal and made everything very convenient.

A wonderfully restored old Galata building is a true marvel. The stuff makes everything to help one feel welcome and comfortable. The breakfast is an authentic kahvaltı experience served in an internationally conventional way. The location is very convenient for both tourists and business travellers.
Honestly, I wish the hotel saner guests. I witnessed some karens going nuts so badly that I was going to burst out to shut them down, although I was just another guest. However, they were dealt with very professionally and calmly. A bravo to the hotel's staff, a thumb down to the guests. The rest was impeccable.
