Lovely spot, great food and friendly staff. Definitely worth a visit.
Pros:

A lovely old inn in a pretty village square. The room was easily accessible, well equipped and comfortable.

The dinner meal in the bar was very nice and served with a smile by the attentive staff. A good range of beers on sale and plenty of seating.

Breakfast was superb. Well cooked, very tasty and plenty of it - I would go back just for that!!

Cons:

In the current high temperatures a fan in the room would have been a nice touch and I think this is the only place I have ever stayed that doesn’t provide soap, shower gel etc. Thankfully I travel with my own!

Pros:

A charming oldy world pub/hotel. Really warm welcome and lovely staff. Great breakfast! Lovely rn suite.

Cons:

The room was quite hot, up the top of the roof, after a hot day. They’d left a fan, which helped, but difficult to get any sleep.

Lovely - I've stayed before and will stay again.
Pros:

Evening meal and breakfast were excellent. A lovely ploughman's dinner and English breakfast. My room had the choice of a single and a double bed and plenty of room for hanging clothes in a spacious wardrobe. Nice and clean with large towels and hand soap.

Cons:

If I were being extremely picky, the shower was a tiny bit tricky as it hung off the mounting hook a little bit unevenly. When running it was no issue at all and there was plenty of hot water for a good scrub. As I travel on business, the WIFI in the room was a bit slow to carry on with my work.

Great place for a short break would stay again.
Pros:

The staff and food were excellent, all set in a lovely place . Liked the outdoor garden . Was very easy to locate and set in a beautiful little village.

Cons:

The double bed in our room was so soft it was hurting my back and made sleeping with my husband uncomfortable however being lucky enough to have been placed in a family room I switched myself to the single bed which was perfect for a good sleep.
